Veterinary Specialist Partners & Urgent Care (VSP)

We came home last week and our dog had lost the ability to use his back legs.. our vet, who we paid to be a patient at this clinic, told us it wasn’t an emergency and to seek care elsewhere. We went to VSP expecting the worst for our dog and the worst happened. He had cancer that progressed too far and it was his time. The staff and Vet on June 2, 2026 were some of the most professional and caring people that my wife and I had encountered from any business in quite awhile. The passing of our dog was very heartbreaking, but the staff was very understanding, passionate, and, most importantly, very kind to my wife. A week goes by and we get this letter in the mail. A personalized card with our dog’s nose and paw prints. I understand marketing fairly well, but to reach out to us like this has me view this establishment in the highest regard I could possibly for any business. Thank you all so very much for what you all do. Hopefully we won’t see you again for a while, but it means a lot to me that you all acted in the manner in which you did that day and still do. Thanks again and please keep up the fantastic work you all do.

I've visited this practice 3 times for emergencies and I've been very happy with the care we've received! The staff are amazingly compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am very grateful for their care and tell everyone about VSP! Everyone on staff was amazing! Dr. Cornelius (I believe that was her name) is one of the best vets I've ever met! She took excellent care of our foster puppy's deep laceration and the closure of the would was beautiful! Literally everything!

This was my one year old kitty. I was devastated that he was hurt & not sure what to do. I was extremely upset & worried when I arrived. Abby was my technician & she was so friendly & made me feel welcomed & would do all she could for me & my baby!! I was extremely grateful for her help & care. Emily was my vet & also very professional & helpful. Made sure I understood what was the issue & how to treat. I felt I was in the best possible hands! It’s been 2 days & my kitty is doing so well. I had a question & called & immediately they asked my vet & received a recommendation. All is well!! I hope I never need urgent care again but if I did I know I would be in good hands here!!!! 5 STARS!!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog, and the team at Veterinary Specialists Partners made a heartbreaking experience as peaceful and compassionate as possible. From the moment we arrived, they treated our family—and our dog—with such kindness, dignity, and respect. They explained everything gently, gave us the time we needed, and made sure our dog was comfortable and surrounded by love in his final moments. We are deeply grateful for their empathy and professionalism during such a painful time. We will never forget the care they showed us.

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC (I've had bad experiences with other businesses in order to have this range of comparison). I was recommended here because my dog's PCP vet couldn't squeeze her in. It was quick and easy to book a same day appointment online. From the moment I walked in, all staff members I encountered were welcoming, patient, and accommodating for my dog and myself. Everything was clean and nicely furnished/decorated. The care my dog received was thorough and I felt as if they truly cared about her comfort and health. I wasn't able to follow all of the recommendations due to $ (the pricing was not outrageous, especially for an urgent care, but it is Christmas time), but I wasn't made to feel guilty or ashamed. Amanda was very sweet and understanding. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend to anyone for urgent pet needs. Hope my baby stays well, but if not, I know where I'm coming in case of an emergency.

It was a pleasant experience considering the circumstances of my kitten being sick. The staff was very nice and was professional and caring. Morgan was wonderful in triage for my little Vinnie.. Highly recommend! Morgan the Vet. Tech. She represented your facility the way I wish every Veterinarian hospital or clinic had her attitude and love for what they do. I didn't see burn out with vet care. My vet was wonderful. I don't remember her name. But she lit up the room with her warmth and care for my kitten. She has beautiful long curly red hair! Thank you for doing what you do! Everything. Time went quickly while the care was the best

I have started bringing my dog here for her chemo and from day 1 they have been phenomenal. This has obviously been an extremely hard time for me and I never felt just like another patient/number. The doctors were very caring and honest with their opinion for treatment and I feel comfortable. I am very happy to have VSP for my girls care. All the staff have been so nice and helpful 💗
