I always take mi dog to this clinic. The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and professional. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Ara and the entire team are kind, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about the well-being of every pet. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and provide excellent care. The staff is efficient, the wait times are short, and the overall experience is always positive. I truly appreciate the friendly and caring environment they create for both pets and their owners. Highly recommended!

Dr. Pelfrey and the vet techs were so kind! My dog was was so ill that it was looking like he was on his last days. After seeing Dr. Pelfrey, my dog is eating, walking, and even playing around again. He is an older guy, but instead of having just days left. He's probably got another year in him. If it wasn't for Louisville Vet Urgent Care, he would not have made it! It was an emotional visit given the circumstances and Dr. Pelfrey and the vet techs were so patient and understanding. 100/10 recommend. The price was so reasonable and they offered payment plans, which helped tremendously! You all are awesome! Thanks again <3

Had the best experience with Louisville Urgent Care Vet for my son & daughter in laws Bernedoodle, Lilly. We brought her in for an eye irritation where she was rubbing her eyes a lot. Her left eye was swollen & the right eye was becoming that way. Dakota, Dr. Todd & all the stuff were sooooo amazing with her. We couldn’t ask for any better care as if Lilly was there own. The pricing for what they did was very reasonable for an Urgent Care. Thank you soooo much for treating Lilly so quick & compassionately. Highly recommend & if ever have an emergency will definitely be using them. Thank you & God Bless!! ❤️

I took my dog to Louisville Veterinary Urgent Care for a butthole abscess. The check-in process was easy. We had a short wait, but the lobby was nice. They were gracious when my dog peed on the floor. Dr. Pelfrey and the team were knowledgeable and professional, and everyone was so nice — even at 5 PM on a Saturday. Estimated charges were accurate, and services were reasonably priced. I hope my dog doesn’t need to go to urgent care again, but if she does, I know where I’m taking her!

My puppy, who had not yet received all of her vaccinations, became very sick and I was advised to bring her here. I was on the verge of a breakdown when I arrived, but the staff were incredibly kind and quickly figured out what was wrong so they could begin treatment. They explained everything thoroughly and provided estimates before doing anything, which I really appreciated. It's now the next day, and my puppy is doing so much better. Their facility was also exceptionally clean, and I noticed staff constantly sanitizing and keeping everything spotless. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and would highly recommend them.

Earlier this week, we received outstanding service at Louisville Veterinary Urgent Care. Our guinea pig Rascal was in considerable pain with what we learned was a bladder stone. From intake to imaging to diagnosis to surgery to post-op instructions and care, the team at this practice was phenomenal. Dr. Pelphrey engaged with my daughters (12 and 14) with patience and excellent communication. It is obvious he loves animals and my daughters immediately felt more comfortable when they could see that. Dakota was also a wonderful resource when communicating our options and instructions for his ongoing care. Their digital communication is off-the-charts excellent. Our records were sent to our personal email and our regular veterinary office with lightning speed and clarity. (Could human medical offices be like this, please?) We were so happy with every aspect of the care Rascal received here, we wish would could make Dr. Pelphrey our regular veterinarian for checkups and routine care. If your pet needs quick medical attention and your regular office is closed, do not hesitate to bring them here. Very highly recommend.

My cat got sick on a Friday night and did not improve so I took her to Louisville Vet Urgent Care and I am so glad I did! All the staff was attentive and caring. We were given a treatment room right away. Within an hour they were able to diagnose my cat with pancreatitis and provide treatment. Later that evening she showed signs of improvement. I was sent home with medicine and even some recovery support food. I had a super wonderful experience and so relieved my cat is now on the path of recovery.
