I love petvet365 and tell everyone I know to go to them. The fear free environment for our babies is amazing and rare to find. It really does make a difference. The doctors are great and empathetic especially when it comes to something as awful and difficult like putting down your best friend. They even send you a sweet print of your babies paws ❤️ thank you all for what you do and taking care of my baby.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Dr. Adams, April, Cindy, and the entire staff have been nothing short of extraordinary. With three Labs — Willow, Dexter, and Stella — we know we’re a handful, but they welcome us with warmth every single time. Willow, our sweet oldest girl, has been through so much this past year: two blown knees, a hematoma, ear infections, and a tooth removal. Through every challenge, Dr. Adams and April have treated her like their own. Their compassion, their patience, and the way they truly listen has meant everything to us. They don’t just care for pets — they care for families. And we are so grateful for the love they’ve shown ours.

Always a great experience! I have a normal vet I go to but I can’t always get in to see them when I need to. However, I can almost always get an appt here within a day which is super nice. They treat your animals like their own & have super cozy rooms to wait in. You can also text them to ask any questions you may have & they respond in a timely manner.

Dr. Peckham specifically was wonderful and thorough and really took her time to make my pup comfortable before handling her for the exam. And I love the individual rooms that feel like a small living room area. I think it really helped my pup feel comfortable to be able to just hangout on a couch playing with toys that were in the room with a tv playing in the background. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The only thing I hadn’t even thought about before our visit was that they don’t take regular Care Credit at this location. It didn’t actually occur to me to check ahead of time because I’ve never run into that at any other vet so just wanted to give anyone else a heads up about that if you’re worried about not knowing how much a visit may end up costing. (The Anchorage petvet365 location does take regular care credit, but they do not accept it for their monthly preventative care plan tho just fyi-.) If that’s of no concern for you I would highly recommend Dr. Peckham at this location.

Just leaving there with our cat Percy, who is 17 years old... nice people, professional in everyway. Everyone was very caring, very respectful accomadating, and good prices. I highly recommend them.

The place is clean, comfortable and better suited for your pet because they do not have your pet on a metal bed 3ft off the floor. They got down on a padded rug on the floor to examine my fur baby to ensure she was more comfortable. The new patient papers were very personal and showed great concern for my dog's anxiety, fears and tolerance of people or other animals. The vet explained in great detail the concerns, options and procedures to a great depth to ensure I was equipped with the knowledge of what we were dealing with. Very personal and seem to really care more for your baby than Shivley Animal clinic and hospital where they seem to not care and do not explain anything, do not do the proceduresb that is necessary for knowledge of the area of concerns. I am so glad we switched to petvet365 after 17 years at Shivley.. I'm totally impressed and so grateful to the staff here. I am so impressed. Thank you staff for caring about my baby the way you do. Your all amazing!!!! 😆

We love PetVet365! 2 of our dogs are scared of people and most vets we have been to just wanted to sedate them to give them their vaccinations. PetVet365 takes their time to sit with our kiddos and takes things very slowly to help them calm down and feel comfortable. They are just as good with our cats and their exam room for cats has a bunch of stuff for cats to climb on, as well as a TV for them to watch some birds. On top of that, the staff members are always very quick to respond, are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and welcoming. We go out of our way to come here and continue to do so. Paws down, our favorite vet clinic ever!
