Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and altogether great at what they do. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and go the extra mile to ensure your pets have a healthy quality of life for years to come. They don't cut corners and have great rapport with animals. They're the best around when it comes to veterinary care.

My experience with the facility and the staff was pretty good. I felt that Adobe was one of the very few veterinarian clinics that actually treat animals like animals and not just items. I was also able to accompany my fur kid from the beginning to the end through x-rays and ultrasound which they accommodated me the last minute upon request when I was there. X-ray photos were much more clear than the ones taken at Kirkwood. Ultrasound performed by Dr. Connor was gentle, thorough, and accurate vs shaving cuts, and incorrect reports provided to me by Kirkwood’s mobile vet where they ask you to drop off your pet first thing in the morning and pick up later in the afternoon. Who knows what they did to or not do for the exam and charge $$$$$ (Kirkwood Campbell) I’m a switching over diagnostic appointments to Adobe from now on.

Stay away from this place! Came here for the first time to get a check up for my new puppy , as well as getting some vaccinations done . The wait time for Dr Connors was extremely LONG, and the vet technician was incompetent and inexperienced. Hesitant to give my puppy her vaccines , she called in another person to assist her . She grabbed my puppy by her neck and jammed in all vaccines in the same spot ! After raising this concern to the vet , I never heard back . Ridiculous service for the price you pay !

In the past 7 + years with Adobe Los Gatos, our experience has been great! The staff and the service they give is wonderful. The facility is so nice and always super clean. Every veterinarian we have seen has been very good. Our pets see Dr. Blackwolf who is fantastic! Her love for animals is very clear as soon as you meet her. She takes time to answer all my questions and never rushes through our visit. We are very happy with Adobe!

All our dogs have been patients of Adobe since 1982. Our newest fur baby, Phoebe a 10week old German Shorthair Pointer, had her 1st puppy well-check at Adobe Animal Hospital and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone from the front desk to the pharmacy staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The vet techs took such gentle, loving care of Phoebe, making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Blackwolf was as always wonderful, thorough, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions. We left feeling confident that Phoebe’s health is in great hands😊

Adobe was the got-to place for our dog since we first brought him there as a puppy 13-1/2 years ago. The prices were high compared with other vets but we felt that the cost was worth the care and support that both our dog and we experienced. But since Adobe was acquired the quality of care and the communications from Adobe's medical and support staff have deteriorated substantially. A few weeks ago our dog's health started to decline rapidly. After $1000's in costs and little guidance from Adobe we ended our dog's suffering today. Of course, the Adobe vets and support staff are not responsible for our dog's decline. But our experience was especially distressing and we found little solace in our dealings with Adobe. Ever since Adobe was acquired we've felt that their focus is more on profit than on patient care and family support. It's a shame because I know that their staff are dedicated but the owners' business priorities prioritize profits over care for pets and their families.

I always enjoy my annual check ups for my dog at Adobe. Highly recommend them, they are not inexpensive, but for your furry family member you probably want the best service from qualified individuals.
