I have visited this emergency hospital twice for urgent situations. The first time was for a suspected urinary blockage in my kitten. While I understand that emergency hospitals operate based on case priority, it took nearly three hours before we were informed that the initial exam had been completed. During that time, communication regarding wait times and medical progress was limited. For potentially life-threatening conditions, this level of delay can be extremely stressful. Regarding billing, in addition to the X-ray fee, there was a separate charge for X-ray interpretation. Greater transparency about pricing structure prior to diagnostics would be appreciated. The second visit involved my dog experiencing severe acute gastroenteritis. Upon arrival, we were told the doctor could not see us immediately and no estimated wait time could be provided. There did not appear to be a visible triage assessment or urgency evaluation at intake. Emergency care relies heavily on efficient triage and clear communication. If immediate treatment is not possible, a brief medical risk assessment and estimated wait time would help pet owners make informed decisions. Based on these experiences, I would recommend calling ahead to confirm capacity if your pet’s condition is urgent.

This place is a legitimate Vet Hospital so be prepared to pay a little more. They saved my dog's life. They are well staffed and have several Vet Doctors. I recommend a good pet insurance plan ahead of time. They are a little pricey from other locations. Definitely clean and professional.

I want to express my deepest gratitude. They cared for my dog, Amora, with such incredible tenderness and respect. They don't just treat patients they treat them like family. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone treated my baby with love and dignity. Thank you all!

Very disappointing experience. I brought my dog here in early May after she developed IVDD. I specifically requested an MRI, but instead I was told to transfer her to another location and pay for additional services. The costs were extremely high, and I felt like there was more focus on expensive procedures and additional charges than on addressing my dog's immediate needs. We asked for a pain-relief injection for our dog, but our concerns did not seem to be taken seriously. We felt unheard during a very stressful situation. I was also uncomfortable seeing that euthanasia procedures appeared to take place behind closed doors without owners being present. That experience was difficult to witness and left a negative impression. Overall, I expected better communication, compassion, and care. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations, especially considering the amount we were charged.

Pet care at this stage can be very expensive, and the grief of having to make hard calls compounds the distress. I could only say this with clarity now a few weeks after having to go through this with family members with our beloved 13 year old Nebelung. We couldn’t afford the treatment to save him and even if we did "save" him, you have to consider quality and duration of life thereafter. During all that, we were treated with respect and understanding by the staff. The vet herself was patient and kind and took the time to be around us while we thought out the tough calls to make. In a night fraught with anxiety and sadness, they framed it with dignity and recognized our process. Thanks.

My dog's back legs gave out one day and we took her in to see what's going. Unfortunately since we couldn't afford to get her examined through MRI, we her took back home with the meds they prescribed us to see if she gets better. Few days later and she has not improved so we made a difficult choice and have her euthanized. The staff were very friendly and helpful with us especially during this time. We even received a card from them with her paw prints and sample of her fur. This act of kindness has touched my family's heart and we're very grateful for the staff as well as everyone else who has helped us.

Brought my kitten in because he stopped eating and pooping. Service is amazing, everyone was kinda and considerate but it is expensive here. Almost 300$ for an exam and feline virus 10 min test, the only reason it lost a star. I’m poor so it hurt a bit but seeing the 600$ x-ray charge made my heart drop to my stomach, they didn’t make me feel bad for declining the x-ray and understood, they kindly gave me other low cost hospitals in LA since my kitty had an obstruction. Caring place but only great if you can afford it. I called days later to ask for my kittens medical records so I wouldn’t have to pay again at another hospital and they were kind dispite the rush and early call.
