Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic

Took my kitten, Penny, for first check up 8/4/25. She was so scared in the car & very stinky by the time we got to the office. Staff was very understanding & helpful. Dr. Jeong took his time to cuddle & relax her before her exam. She even purred into his stethoscope. Very thorough exam & thankfully clean bill of health. This clinic was recommended to me by people on our local Next Door app. Thank you to everyone in the office for making our first vet visit such a positive experience.

Great vet. Our dog had an incredible amount of anxiety when she visited our old vet, not only a danger to herself but to the staff. We decided to try EGVC and they were totally understanding and made the experience as bearable as possible, even letting us accompany our dog during portions of the tests, shots, etc. in order to comfort her. It was a huge relief to finally find a vet who can handle our pup and give her the care she needs.

We’ve been bringing our pets here for a few years now. I really appreciate Dr. Jung — he’s thorough, compassionate, and clearly cares about the animals. The vet techs are also great: friendly, professional, and gentle with our pets. My only critique is the front office experience. The staff there aren’t always the most welcoming; one person in particular can come across as quite unfriendly, and overall the front desk interactions can feel a bit cold. Our dog takes a controlled medication, and every time we call for a refill, we end up feeling like we’re asking for something unusual, even though it’s part of her ongoing treatment. That said, the quality of medical care from Dr. Jung and the rest of the team keeps us coming back. We’re truly grateful for the excellent care they provide to our pets.

Great staff. We were able to get an appointment the same day to treat our cat who was having a dermatitis flare up (our regular vet couldn't see us for 3 weeks!). Dr. Barland was wonderful treating our boy. I couldn't be happier with the services we received at Eagle Glen Veterinary Clinic. Enzo is now back to his normal, happy cat self. I'm glad I found this place - this is now our go-to Vet Clinic! P.S. - the costs would have been exactly the same at our other regular vet.

Great neighborhood Veterinary Clinic. Our little dog Wayne has had good treatment since his first visit there. Glad to receive info regarding his last treatment and upcoming dates for vaccines.

Dr. Hong Seok Jeong was awesome! My cat loved him! He is very thorough and follows up with results. All staff at this clinic are lovely and there wasn't a wait 🙂

Good environment when you walk in, they make you feel welcome. Staff and doctor our very friendly and have good knowledge of what your animal needs.
