Highland Park Animal Hospital

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years for two generations worth of cats now. I used to take my senior kitties here before they passed away and they were treated with the upmost respect. I’m really grateful for this team because they saw me through the passing of both of those senior kitties and we’re extremely empathetic anytime I needed to bring them in for an emergency service. I now have three new kitties who are young and I only trust this place to care for them. The prices are great and they always make a point to fit you in wherever they can. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough and wish most animal hospitals were like this place!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Firstly, they misdiagnosed my French bulldog who sadly passed due to their negligent/careless action(obviously as a grieving pet owner I had a less than favorable reaction and threatened suit, it’s the lawyer in me, however I backed off and grieved). After a year and a half I tried to give them another shot and they book me an appointment for my cat and week and a half out, I come in and they inform me they can see me because of my "previous interaction" with them, causing me to lose my entire morning due again to their carelessness and failure to appropriately calendar and file away "displeased clients". So I’ll simply say I do not recommend this place at all, and customer service was lacking in each and every sense.

The workers here are very nice and got me and my dog in and out in a reasonable time! It was our first visit as a new puppy and they got all our information and we got to see the vet pretty quickly! Definitely will be back!

I had been taking my dog Charlie there for years until she moved to San Diego and no longer used their services. When my GF adopted a new puppy, Lucy I was really excited to go back to HP. They are so amazing in every way and so appreciate the way the whole team works together. The wait is not long at all even as a walk in and they are so sweet to all the animals that come in to be seen. A very calm and relaxing time every time I go in and the rates are unbeatable. Truly a blessing to have found this place full of wonderful people that actually care about animals. They never give off a "I just work here" vibe and they get things done quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys for all the love.

I am 100% recommend this hospital reasonable prices super friendly, especially the girl in the front desk on the right super knowledgeable as well my dog got attacked by a pitbull. I have a Frenchie my dog needed surgery My dog was sent home with drainage tubes hospital was checking up on her calling to see if she was OK they are very attentive the doctors are amazing here

This is a wonderful animal hospital with terrific doctors and the staff are absolutely the BEST. Nothing is too much to ask. They are all kind, compassionate, efficient and patient. I highly recommend the Highland Park Animal Hospital. They even have times you can walk-in and if they are not too busy will see your pet. In my experience they have been able to see my dogs 95 percent of the time through the walk in process. They also have discounts on vaccinations Tuesdays and Thursdays. 5 Stars all around.

My furry has been here get some tests done they're super busy, but they try to make the ways to get you answers and take care of you as best as they can I feel comfortable with this hospital and their prices are reasonable you just have to arrive early on time to get checked in no appointments usually they're booked up but it's worth the wait. Daisy feels she was treated well and is comfortable with the techs and the doctors there especially the receptionist they're very kind and sweet.
