It was such a treat to bring OPAL ROSE my platinum French bulldog to the vet. The care was beyond professional and sincere. Opal warmed up to them and with great service comes a well deserved price. The Doc was a very knowledgeable and informative about what I should expect from Opal in the next up coming months. Opal Rose made sure I wrote this review because she had such a blast. She had so much fun she told Suzie the English Bulldog, her little big sister and she booked appointment for tomorrow! They took great care of my pup and I trust the doctor and staff. The doctor and the vet support staff are true animal people. You can tell that they understand the concerns of pet parents and are great communicators. I love working with them even when it’s a hard experience to see your pup going through a tough time. My pup had multiple masses growing and Promenade Vet took great care to remove them through a procedure. They also caught that another vet missed his Bortadella vaccine. Directions for administering medication prior to visits are not always explained, leading to extra sedation sometimes. The front desk staff send the emails for receipts without a subject line and the receipt files do not have file titles that explain the receipt. So if you’re searching for those receipts to submit for pet insurance it can take extra effort. Overall it’s a great veterinarian practice who are doing their best, in the future it would be nice to have the some of the administrative aspects match the compassionate and empathetic service provided. I think they are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and respectful staff. I highly recommend Promenade Vets and I will be returning for my pup’s care. This summer we brought our big boy for his annual check up, update his immunizations and for an inflamed eye. We are so lucky we live across the street from this vet clinic. Our experience was excellent. From getting in contact with their office to make the initial appointment to arriving at the clinic to meeting the staff and finally getting the medical attention from the Doctor was a 5 star review . The staff was very nice and accommodating and the doctor was friendly and thorough. Their prices are also reasonable and not too extreme. I happy my big boy has found a good vet clinic here in DTLB.

Promenade Vet Hospital have some of the kindest people I know. It’s been a really rough year for my kitty (we’ve been in and out of the vet hospital every week since Christmas) and they have all been incredibly patient and kind through this. Dr. Meyers-Hayes is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and has helped my poor kitty so much. She has caught issues that I’ve spent years trying to get diagnosed and treated for my cat! And everyone on the staff has been warm and kind, and so reassuring. Their office is also very calm and orderly, which has been helpful since I have a skittish older rescue. I really recommend coming to Promenade Veterinary Hospital.

I am thoroughly impressed with this vet clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. My dog felt safe and comfortable throughout the visit, and I will definitely be returning for future check-ups.

Promenade Vet is a very clean and modern facility with a very friendly staff. They made my dog and I feel right at home and answered all our questions. They were so patient with all of our needs. Will definitely come back!

They kindly squeezed my cat in for an appointment, last minute. She is a former street cat and had not seen a vet, apart from being spayed, and so getting her in the cage to was like wrangling a panther. But there was none of that behaviour once Dr. Gross and her assistant took over. She was like a different cat- sweet and calm and she even let them pick her up! These people work some kind of magic! I’m so appreciative of you all at Promenade. Fiona has now had her shots, been relieved of fleas, and had a corrective emotional experience around being placed in a cage. Thanks to you all at Promenade.
