Currently 02/02/2026 standing out in front of the building when I had an appointment at 8AM for a cat neutering. It's been 15min past that now, and it is locked, with NOBODY at the front. They're supposed open at 7:30am. Whatever happened, this is extremely unprofessional, and makes me believe that if they can't even beopen on time correctly, they'll most likely not even be able to take care of your pets correctly. Update: it's about to be 8:50am now. There is STILL nobody here yet...idk if the staff quit or something, but regardless, the fact that their phone doesn't even ring is telling of just how bad of a place this is. I waited almost 2 MONTHS for this appointment!! 😠😤
Would not go here. My girlfriend took our dog there for her vaccines and they completely have ghosted her not even sure if intentionally. We’ve tried making appointment online but it doesn’t work. She has emailed them multiple times in 2 weeks and contacted through their website . There phone lines are completely off. She also has money credit still in their system to be used and they have the nerve to not reply at all. It’s now been 6 weeks since our pups last shots and we can’t even get her records to go somewhere else .
If I could do zero stars I would. This place seems to be a sham. I happened to find a last minute appointment on their website 2/23. This was weeks ago and am yet to hear back from any staff. I never received a confirmation that the surgery was happening for my dog (spay) this past MONDAY. I ended up not taking a day off which would've been a waste. The days were passing by and the appointment was closing in. I decided to call multiple times and have left several messages and no one seems to work there. My husband drove to said facility hoping to speak to someone. He said and I quote "what kind of place is that? Its ghost town out there and no one answered the door! The place looks ghetto and abandoned." Its says a lot about a place that lacks customer service. Please read all reviews about this place. The phone doesn't even ring people!!!!! I really wanted to put my trust in a pet place that offered decent prices for my big dog. But unfortunately they really just wasted my time and completely pissed me off. Now I have no choice but to find somewhere else to spay my dog asap since her license is now going to expire. My husband went to the animal humane society and they gave him specific pricing, total cost upfront and same day appointment if needed. Will be taking our dog there.
My recent experience with The Fix Project was exceptionally positive. The thoughtful provision of food and water for stray animals outside the facility was particularly commendable. The front desk staff demonstrated a high level of friendliness and professionalism. My daughter, Maka, was seen by Dr. Dryfhout, who exhibited remarkable gentleness and compassion. Subsequently, I consulted with Alex regarding Maka's bill. I had some concerns about a required procedure, and Alex addressed them with impressive knowledge. He instilled confidence in Maka's care and offered the opportunity to speak with a doctor prior to the procedure. His genuine concern for animals and commitment to ensuring pet owners' peace of mind were evident.
Spent $200 for bloodwork before I can make my senior her dental appointment. They took a month to get back to me about it. Even after so many phone calls and emails I have sent. I ended up making an appointment after 2 months since they had no availability, and now they ghosted me again. Have been calling and nothing. Now they sent an email a month later saying they aren't open anymore and haven't told me whether if I can still take my dog for her upcoming appointment. Place just wants money. Scammers. Very unprofessional.
I was so fortunate to find the Fix it project! I took my Little Jack Russell Terrier/ Chihuahua mix doggy for her spay, teeth cleaning, and duclaws removal. The staff was compassionate and professional from start to finish. I just had my Burmese and British Standard Black cats innoculated today. I absolutely loved my veterinarian! She was a cat lover herself and owns two as well! The prices are reasonable, the front desk staff ( Brianna) was a gem! I always buy a collar or harness or little outfit for my three fur babies every time I go because it's a donation to a pet charity with each purchase 🙏🏾💖! Please take your fur babies there, they treat them like family and the animal doctors are professional, knowledgeable and welcoming!
They have literally gone ROGUE on me . My pup had her first two treatments there for vaccines and de worming . Come to her third it hasn’t allowed to me to make an appointment online at all and I’ve called or tried to call 10+ times and it never rings . I’ve emailed them TWICE, and I’ve also sent message through the website . My pup due for her 3rd and final round and I can’t get her them . Not only this , but I have $$$ credit in their system. So they have some of my money even though it’s a very small amount it’s the principle. Extremely disappointing . I don’t understand how someone literally cannot get ahold of the vet office that’s been in charge of their animals health. I also can’t get any records if I wanna go anywhere else because they have gone completely rogue .
