I’ve been taking my 10 pound fur baby to Dr. Samuel Azab for over 4 years & it was likely the best decision I could have made for my dog. Dr. Sam is a very kind, educated, and caring vet with a warm bedside manner that my pup & I sincerely appreciate. My numerous experiences with Broadway Pet Hospital over the years have all been truly exceptional. The staff are also highly knowledgeable, courteous, patient, & always willing to help your pet in any way they can. Now they’ve moved into their beautiful, convenient new office on Broadway & I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I thank & am very grateful to Dr. Samuel & his stellar staff at Broadway Pet Hospital for taking such amazing care of my pup.

I have been going to this clinic for 20 + years. Dr. Sam is the absolute best. The most kind,compassionate,caring man I have ever met. And a brilliant Dr. He cares so much about every animal he treats,his heart is huge. Best vet I've ever been to,and I won't go anywhere else.

In my darkest days. My Pug Taz got really sick over night. Pug loved the Dr. She never showed signs of any stress when going here. On her last day. She sat calmly in her buggy. The staff showed that they loved her as if she were their own. After she left me the Dr placed he's hand on her head to say goodbye, then on my shoulder softly saying I'm sorry for your loss then said she was a good girl. You took good care of her. The office techs and staff helped me make her paw prints as I held her. Folks if your going somewhere else your missing out. These people care very much for your pets. I consider them part of my family. Doc if I happen to get another Pug your doctor. She loved you. Taz (Pug) 04/27/2010 to 08/08/2025 I had 15 years of unconditional love.

Dr. Sam is incredible. He gives you personal time to discuss your pet’s situation without making you feel like he is rushed. He really GENUINELY loves his animal patients/babies! He was also the best price around IMO. He delicately got my Sugar’s thyroid cancer out (right on her larynx) and essentially gave us 2 more years of her life. She passed away earlier this year (two days after her bday #16). Thank you, Dr. Sam & Staff! Your dedication and work meant the WORLD to us! I can’t express my gratitude and thanks enough!

Dr. Samuel and the entire staff are truly exceptional. When my cat was dealing with a serious urinary issue, Dr. Samuel went above and beyond to provide not only expert care, but genuine compassion. He clearly cared deeply about my cat’s well-being and even took the time to call during off-hours to check in, which meant more to me than I can express. That level of dedication is rare and incredibly reassuring. The staff are equally wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and helpful. From start to finish, I felt supported and confident that my cat was in the best possible hands. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

I have nothing but good things to say about the professional staff and Dr. Azab. They have been very responsive to my dog's needs and my concerns. They are also quite affordable, and that helps because my baby 🐶 🐾 means everything to me, but I also need to keep a roof over our heads and food in our stomachs. I can gladly report that we haven't missed a meal since going to this hospital, and thanks to their great care and service, my dog is happy and healthy!

This place is so poorly run it's almost comical, if not for the fact that a pet's health is a serious subject. But for the life of me, it seems as if Dr. Azab and his staff are pranking me by "promising" (their words) FOUR TIMES to call/email/VM me back regarding follow-up instructions for my cat, without once actually doing it.
