In my Heart Dr Jin is by far the Best vet I have ever experienced. I independantly rescue and all the cats I have brought to him He takes his time with each one with love and and patience. He explains everything. So gentle. His staff in AMAZING!! I LOVE EVERYONE THERE AND APPREICIATE THERE LOVE AND CONCERN THEY HAVE FOR ALL!!

Our sweet 16-year-old terrier mix was rapidly declining, and we knew we had to make an incredibly difficult decision. Dr. An was absolutely the kindest person we could have imagined to guide us through this heartbreaking moment. With empathy, patience, and genuine compassion, he helped us say goodbye with love and dignity. He truly was our angel during one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. Thank you, Dr. An and the entire Staff.

I went there because he's one of the few veterinarians authorized to issue a health certificate for your pet before international travel. It was a fantastic experience. If he were near me, he would definitely be my pet's vet.

Dr. Jin An and his team are truly exceptional. His compassion, genuine care for animals, attentive listening, and deep expertise make him an outstanding veterinarian. My 11-year-old English Bulldog has been under Dr. An’s care for the past five years since I moved to Long Beach, and I’ve never once felt misled or pressured into unnecessary treatments. He always puts the well-being of both the pet and owner first — something that’s rare and deeply appreciated. Now that my dog, Otis, is in his final months, Dr. An’s compassion continues to shine. He regularly checks in, takes time to listen to my worries, and guides me through this emotional stage with patience and empathy. Facing the reality of an aging pet is never easy, but having a vet and staff who genuinely care makes all the difference. I can’t recommend Dr. An enough to anyone seeking a veterinarian who is kind, honest, professional, and truly devoted to both pets and their people.

We love them, they treat us and our pets with kindness and patience. They are communicative and clear. Their pricing has seemed incredibly fair for all I know, and although we haved since moved a good distance away we still make the drive to this place whenever our furry friends need care.

I am very grateful for the staff at BHAH. My dad and I found a kitten by the freeway, and after calling 10-15 animal "hospitals", this was the only vet office that would see our kitten the same day. The staff here not only saw our kitten quickly after arrival, they stayed late to perform emergency surgery on him. He is now recovering and we are so grateful.
