They took such good care of my sweet 10day old kitten, Matthias. The Doctor was informative, made recommendations without being pushy, and put my mind at rest that we were raising him well. The ladies at the front desk were so understanding and very sweet, friendly, and loved the kitten just as much as if he was their own.

I highly recommend Animal House of Lewisville. I have been a customer for several years, and recently, my sweet 14-year-old dog, Maggie, passed away after a battle with cancer. Dr. Allgood was incredible; she caught the cancer during a regular checkup, and thanks to her care and the proper treatment, Maggie was able to live another six months mostly pain-free. It is so difficult to lose a beloved pet, but I am incredibly thankful for that extra time to prepare and say goodbye. When the end finally came, the staff was wonderful in helping prevent Maggie from suffering, and her final visit could not have been handled with more dignity or compassion. When I picked up her remains, I was moved by the thoughtful package they prepared—a beautiful urn, a paw print, and a card signed with personal messages from the staff who knew her. I want to send a huge Thank You to the entire team for helping us through this transition. If you are looking for the best care around, you have found it.

The worst vet experience I have ever had …paid half my mortgage to have my dog get less than responsible treatment. They overcharge and except no responsibility… you are the problem when they fail and they give no solutions. Do you want to pay hundreds of dollars to be told you are the problem we can’t help you ? My dog is still untreated I couldn’t afford the $300 plus to have no resolution and then when I asked I was rude I was the problem . I have owned my own business for 25 years I know how to talk to people.. and these individuals were awful representatives of their companyy : UpDate they said I could contact them to disscuss why my Dogs issues have not been resolved yet they don't answer the phone .. ever ! You go to an endless hold. These people are so un professional and underprepared for the litigation coming if they want to not address the issue on or off the phone.and apparently they do just went there with my dog four horrible people were screeching at me to leave saying I had to get out for being thier . Wouldn’t let me talk too the vet.

Wonderful staff and doctors. They have provided excelent care for my Athena since she was 8 weeks old. Through emergency surgery to routine exams the doctors have been amazing. New post just had to take My Athena in for a sick visit. So pleased with the patience and thorough care my 4 legged baby received. All staff are amazing and provide top notch care. Thanks to all the staff at Animal Hospital of Lewisville! Yall are the best!

Visited with my cat Churro for her annual exam since moving back in town. We had an excellent vet clinic in our last place and were sad to leave it behind but discovering this care team was comforting! The facility and lobby was clean, and there was hardly any wait time. All personnel were friendly! Both Dr. Crozier and Michelle were welcoming and accommodating to my very (clearly) stressed cat. They were quick and efficient with handling and answered all my questions. It brings me a lot of relief to know such wonderful people are nearby to help me maintain my cat's health!

This is the absolute best Veterinary Hospital. We had the pleasure of being some of the first with are fur babies. When it was just one Doctor. And we will never go anywhere else. Dr. Journell is one of the most amazing people,vet and has been with us even when it was hard. She loves her job. And we just love that. As many fur babies she sees. It’s the way her empathy and compassion that got me. This is truly more than a vets office. It is a place oh kindness and true caring for your animal. I just can’t say enough amazing words about this beautiful Animal Hospital. All I can do is tell you it’s wonderful. The whole team has loved are dogs. But they will never forget DeDe. She was a sick little lady. But she didn’t know it. And this team was so good to her. We love you guys. And thank you for the way you loved our DeDe and Chaz.
