Their Neurosurgeon performed emergency herniated disc surgery on my French Bulldog and the doctor was Amazing! Gave me personal updates every day post surgery and was never rushed. She and the staff there are very caring and compassionate to their patients. They even took time to send me an update picture while she was in their care. They allow visits while pet is there and it was obvious how much my Frenchie trusted and liked the staff when they brought her in for our visits. Highly recommend!

I took my baby girl in not knowing what was wrong. They got her back quickly and saved her life. My baby girl would not be here if it weren’t for the trusted staff at BluePearl animal hospital in Lewisville Texas. They are very caring to both my Daisey and me. Thank you 💜

Came into the hospital in an emergency situation when my Doberman stopped moving his hind legs on a Sunday evening. He was getting an MRI on Monday and in surgery by Tuesday to repair a herniated disk. I am so thankful to all of the staff at BluePearl. You made this nervous mama, very calm with your kindness and amazing communication. Dr. Lindsay and the ICU team has been absolutely wonderful in their daily updates and pictures. We left the hospital after 5 days feeling prepared to start rehab at home with a harness to help us move Senna around. I have already been telling my friends about the amazing service from Blue Pearl and to take their fur babies there in case of an emergency.

Had to take my pup to the ER vet for bloody diarrhea and stomach issues. Even with them being down one staff member they were pretty prompt with attention. Gave him an exam and developed a plan for correction. We have started their recommendations and all the meds that they prescribed and it seems to be helping. He was diagnosed with gastroenteritis. We will see if their prognosis is correct. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor and nurse were exceptionally knowledgeable and very informative on everything. They didn’t try to push unnecessary tests on us. Gave us their recommendations and our estimate up front. Definitely ER vet I would use again. My pup Mr. Bean wants to say thank you for helping his tummy feel better! Here is a sad boy that wasn’t feeling good.

Took care of my Cisco who had an abscess rupture at 3 a.m. It wasn't a major emergency but he was in a lot of distress as was I. The staff sedated, drained, cleaned, and sent him home with us within 2 hours. They were professional, friendly, reassuring, and acted like my little guy was the most important being on the planet which I appreciate. He is not fond of the cone but has adapted well. I wish I had known he was in distress Saturday at 10 a.m., but Sunday @ 3 a.m. worked out just fine. If I need to, I will use them again.

Blue Pearl is amazing. Our spicy kitty Merda is famous (or infamous) with the staff. Like most cats, he hates medical visits, he LOVES Dr. Lindsay and her team. Dr. Lindsay saved his life in 2021 and we are forever grateful! I wish BP also did routine care, but it gives me peace knowing that if either of our kitties have an emergency, that BP is there.

Yesterday, I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life. I had to say goodbye to my best friend of 17 years. From the moment I contacted this ER hospital, everyone was nothing short of amazing. I wish I could remember everyone’s names because yesterday is still such a blur for obvious reasons, but every single person I encountered showed so much kindness, empathy, and compassion. The woman I spoke to on the phone before coming in was incredibly understanding and reassuring. When I arrived, I was helped immediately. The front desk woman was so warm and personable, and she made me feel comfortable and supported. I felt so guilty for having to make such a painful decision. The gentleman who performed the euthanasia was also incredibly kind. I hope he knows how much his words meant to me in that moment. I remember him telling me that for my dog to have lived to 17 years old, she must have been very loved and well cared for — and honestly, those were exactly the words I needed to hear. Throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed, judged, or like "just another customer." They treated my baby with so much gentleness, care, and dignity. I came there alone, terrified of having to go through this, but I left feeling at peace with the decision. As heartbreaking as this experience was, I truly could not have asked for a better staff or a more compassionate place to say goodbye to my dog. Thank you all so much for the kindness you showed both me and Baby yesterday. I will never forget it.
