Mountain View Animal Clinic

We brought our puppy here for a last minute surgery for a stomach and intestinal blockage. Mountain View was the only traditional clinic willing and available to help us with the emergency. The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and passionate. They took the time and care to comfort us and our dog. The doctor explained everything in plain terms so we could understand. The staff was very straightforward about costs and the procedures.

Excellent Veterinary Clinic! We've been bringing our fur babies here for about eight years now. Dr. Darcey and Lopez provide top notch care, always taking time to carefully explain possible condions or diagnoses. We never feel rushed in and out of appointments; the rest of the supporting staff is kind and friendly.

The staff and vets at Mountain View are awesome to work with. Dr. Lopez takes his time explaining things in a way that's easily understandable and he always looks out for my pocketbook. They've treated our dogs with love and compassion for many years. I would recommend anyone to try Mountain View Animal.

Man was helpful at first and then when I let him know more info about my dogs past vaccination he pretty much declined us as customers and yes multiple appointments and payments for something that can be done in one appointment. Also told me my dog would have to be quarantined for 6 months because it’s her first rabies shot? 30 Days sir. Check your facts! I was happy to leave. Thanks Layton Veterinary hospital. Called and got appointment set no dramatics about my dogs lack of vaccinations. Was not an issue for them at all.

We take our dog and our cat here. We recently had our dog neutered and even though i’m an anxious person, they made me feel at ease about the procedure. Dr Darcey is always very informative and kind. The vet techs are efficient and helpful. The front desk attendants are sweet and my phone calls are quickly answered. I would recommend to anyone.

mountain view clinic is amazing. they provide amazing care and provide you with all the knowledge you need to know. Dr. Darcey was amazing today helping my boy out. she took the time to actually listen and understand, and also was very helpful. the other girl in the room (i didn’t get her name) but she was also very nice and helpful! you made rodney feel more relaxed with going to the vet (anxiety), and i really am thankful and grateful for that! thank you!😊

Took my new dog in to get a check up. It was discovered that day at the vet that my dog came from an Indian reservation. When that info was discovered the vet immediately started to talk down on me and my dog. Without even knowing the personality of my sweet boy the vet continued to bash on me and my dog as if she knew both of us all our lives. The check up had quickly turned into a lecture. On top of that, I was charged a late fee during my visit for being 10 minutes late. I had no clue about their strict late fee policy. Had I known that, I could have been there much earlier. At the end of the visit, I went home very sad and angry because of the way the vet talked about my dog. He is such a sweet boy who is only a year old. He loves to play with my other dog and he enjoys the company of my friends and family. He didn’t deserve to be talked down on like that and I surely didn’t deserve the lecture. All we simply wanted was a friendly and helpful checkup. I wish we had got that.
