All About Cats Veterinary Hospital

I LOVE this place. I picked this vet office for my cats when we moved to Vegas in 2023. Dr. Samantha Stewart has been taking care of my two babies and she’s just wonderful. She explains everything and is very honest when reviewing prices for services which we really appreciate. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion (compared from vets in Los Angeles where we came from). The staff at the front desk are also kind and welcoming and it’s so easy to make appointments and communicate with my doctor with questions or concerns. It makes me feel comfortable and in good hands with my babies health.

I brought my cat there a few weeks ago since my cat urgently needed to be examined, and my regular vet couldn't see her as soon as we needed. The vet and staff were very friendly and I was glad I was able to get a same day appointment. My cat was very sick, was vomiting and barely ate/drank. After the first round of tests (about $1,500), a second round of tests (up to $2,500} was suggested). What was startling was an odd sense of complacency and lack of urgency considering my already tiny cat barely ate. When I requested the test results, even partial ones, to submit to my regular vet for an appointment, they refused to provide when requested since they wanted to send all results at once while All About Cats' estimate for the second round of tests was provided to me almost instantly, of course, demonstrating the priorities of this hospital. I took my cat to my regular vet. She had an intestinal tumor and I needed to let her go. I don't appreciate All About Cats delaying the prompt final diagnosis of my cat by their inaction and thereby prolonging her suffering. I will not be returning to his hospital.

Vets are nice and the clinic is clean. Been a client there for 10 years. Now that my cat is a senior, I took him in for a scheduled senior wellness exam. The senior wellness exam is bloodwork, urinalysis and xrays for a package price. My cat had been losing weight, so they determined I could not have the senior wellness package because he was not in perfect health, but needed to pay more than double for the exact same tests in the package. What a money grab!!!!! Looking for another vet.

If I could give them ZERO STARS. I would. The only reason they are getting on Star is due to Dr Jody we originally saw but sadly she left. Dr Heather Zambow was horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Cold. Callous. No concern for our cat. No bedside manner. Tries to scare you into buying unneeded tests She shouldn’t be treating any living creature/ maybe better treating plants. I can not speak for the other vets- after dealing one time with her - we were out. So if you do want to try them- just AVOID this pretentious woman. Your pet deserves better. PS - try Durango Animal Hospital. So compassionate .

Always great experience. Caring Doctors and staff. Love that they are focused only on Cats and you can feel the kitty love when there.

No words on earth can describe how Great this Animal Hospital really is! From the Vets to All the staff, All of them. They are the most thoughtful caring pet hospital; I have ever had the honor of knowing. I must have called 10 animal hospitals and all they cared about was the Money! All of them wanted from $400 to $800, money I didn't have. My care credit was totally maxed out from me trying to find care for my good ole Cat buddy "Quinton Rampage Jackson". I had nowhere to turn and needed very badly to have him put down, he was suffering too much. I don't know why I didn't call them first; I had never been there before, but I had an eye appointment set up for Rampy a week prior. He's been the best friend ever to all of us for 13 wonderful years, he never picked anyone as his favorite. In fact, he loved everybody so equally, not 1 person could ever say he is my cat. Not Me, my Son Nate, Jamie my son's other half or anyone! He was the epitome of the cat who owns people, LOL but loves Everybody equally! Sorry I digress! I finally called "All About Cat's"! OMG, I wish I had called them 1st! Without hesitation, they told me to get down to their clinic within an hour so their Vet Dr Lindsey Newton could help us send Rampy to his final resting place. I was so surprisingly shocked, the only thing they cared about was Rampy! They didn't care about the money, like 10 other vet hospitals did. They only cared about Rampy and wanted to help him, so he could stop suffering! They rushed us to a private room, never once made us wait in the waiting area, they treated Rampy like "Royalty"! They gave us our room, then told me to take as long as I needed to say my Goodbyes. They are the very 1st pet hospital that truly lives up to their name "All About Cats." Rampy was so at peace when he passed on. He looked at me with his 1 good eye as if to say "OK" I am ready Dear Friend. I will, from now on take my other cat "Puma" here also, I refuse to go anywhere else. Please make sure Dr. Newton, Jessica, Judi, Madi, Carolyn, Brittney and Haylee All receive 1 million stars, raises, bonuses and paid vacations! They are All that Good!
