Veterinary Emergency + Critical Care

This place and the people here are so awesomely nice and wholesome. My husband and I took our 18yr old Boston Terrier mix in after a referral for surgery. They were extremely efficient and explained everything that was going to be done, putting us completely at ease (well, as much as you can be with your dog in surgery). Everything went great and we picked her up and were given a proper explanation of recovery. We brought her back a few months later for a second needed surgery for something else (she's 18, remember?) and again, they just made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Thank you guys all SO much. Panda loves you. Even though she's a cranky old lady. <3

Highly recommended. Because they treated my pet with exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism during a tough time, from the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and made us feel supported. They clearly explained every step, answered all of my questions with patience, and truly cared about my pet's comfort and recovery. To Dr. Sanders, thank you so much. The way she explained everything to me, kept me updated, and treated Leeloo with such gentleness meant the world. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their families. I am beyond grateful for her dedication, talent, and professionalism. Because of Dr. Sanders, my baby girl is recovering, and she gives us hope. I'm incredible grateful for their help and the high quality care they deliver. Leeloo is doing great!!

Everyone has been wonderful from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, and Dr. Herr. I really appreciate everyone's empathy and understanding during such a challenging time. It's comforting to know that my cat not only received the best treatment but that everyone involved in treating her was kind and compassionate. I really appreciate Dr. Herr’s knowledge and expertise, as well as his caring nature. The vet tech/nurse who followed up the next day was also very caring and made sure Coco was doing well. It means the world to me to see Coco receive such kind, compassionate, and caring treatment from all. Would most definitely recommend!

I come from a family full of veterinarians who all own an animal hospital on the East Coast. I gotta say the entire staff was professional and friendly at the same time. It's always a scary experience bringing your dog into the emergency room. I never thought I'd be away from my veterinary family but I felt right at home here. Our doctor was particularly professional and her manner was absolutely excellent given all the conditions. She was honest and candid and warm and we really appreciated her talents.

Overall very good care. After hours waiting times a bit long, but i understand they are not fully staffed on overnight shift. Reached out to me with updates multiple times a day. Allow visitations and phone calls. Very friendly staff from front desk to doctors. Prices are high, but again it is an emergency unit. Dr Gibson and all of the other doctors were fantastic. So were the techs and nurses, Jasmine was very sweet. Very gentle with my cat, clearly was taken care off because he wasn't scared. And very good communication from doctors and techs.

We have taken several of our cats there along the years when our regular vet was at a loss for what to do. I wish they could be our "regular" vet as they are much more thorough! They have saved 3 of our cats from the brink of death and were able to prolong their lives. All 3 of them are still living and doing well. One cat we lost to cancer but not before trying everything we could first and exhausting all efforts. I LOVE this place and would trust any of my animals to them! Dr PK is amazing and Hillary is also the best! But honestly, I have not ever had a bad person there. I highly recommend this place.

Caring for My cats and always being so accurate and caring of the situation means everything to me when I'm in distress. Your entire team has always been fast and accurate about your diagnoses. Staff is always caring and very friendly. The Dr is always so caring and informative about the situation at hand and I appreciate the level of empathy and care you give to my pets I have brought to you. Thank you Soo much for being so kind and caring not just to me but other patients and their loved ones. Thank you to your entire staff!
