Took my cat in for a new patient appointment also to get updated on vaccines, I was so impressed by the staff there. They are all so caring and so beyond loving towards my cat, it made the vet visit enjoyable. Prices are affordable. So happy I decided to take my cat here. 10/10 recommend.

Though its not one's fault, my lab had severe vaccine reactions as a puppy. Now she's 7 and is terrified to the point of shaking. They do an excellent job of reassuring her and praising. They did judge my collar choice, that we've worked with trainers on. I walk 3 80 lb dogs, so I will use the collar that handles them best without the judgment.

I've been taking my pets here for a couple years now. I originally used Pennsylvania Vet Care on the south side but needed to shop around for quotes on a surgery for my dog. Lake Lansing did it for 1/3 of what I was quoted by my vet at the time. After my experience with Lake Lansing, I decided to start taking my pets here for all their care. I have not regretted it. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and up front about everything, especially pricing. I've never felt pressured into any choices and always felt like they've given me plenty of resources and information to make informed decisions about my pets' care. Truly the best vet/clinic I've ever used. High quality care at reasonable prices, the way it's meant to be. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

Lovely experience! Had called the Dewitt location and wanted to get in this week and they showed me this location that wasn’t too far away from my house! The vet took amazing care of my kitty Malcolm and made him feel super comfortable! Super amazing price too! I thought I would be spending 100 dollars and walked out with a bill of 32 🙂

After having a terrible experience with my previous vet, a friend recommended Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic for a second opinion. The way they handled my elderly dog's care and the discussions around how to move forward and what to expect made me a devoted customer. When I got a puppy this past fall, there was nowhere else I would trust with her care and I haven't been let down once. It's obvious that they love animals and it comes through in everything they do. You all are great and Louise loves you!

I've been bringing my dogs to Lake Lansing for years. I feel like the vets have listened to my concerns and have given me the best possible advice and treatments for my pets. I have had horrible anxiety, and the staff has always been very kind. There was a point I was afraid to have my dog in the same room as other dogs, and staff would let me know if the lobby was clear and when they had a room available for me. I have been listened to and never made to feel like I'm stupid about any questions. I used to take my cats to Abbott Rd vet, and I'll be leaving a review there about my experience, but will continue to bring them here. I called a couple of weeks ago with concerns about my oldest cat's (Goat) diagnosis and how I was being treated at Abbott. They got me right in, was very sympathetic, and went over everything with me. I now have a better medication, understanding, and game plan for my cat. This week, I called with a concern about one of my kittens. After losing a kitten last year possibly to FIP, I've been on the cautious side with my kittens. The staff got me in that day, and checked her over. The vet tech was so nice! She eased my fear, but also validated that the concern I had wasn't paranoia. I'll continue to be bringing my pets to this location.

The receptionist I spoke to refused to let me speak to the doctor, so I have no choice but to leave this scathing review. First of all, my dog was completely fine this morning, besides diarrhea. So we called the vet that my dog has been a patient of for 15 years. They recommended she eat rice. She then choked on the rice, stopped breathing, and died. In attempts to call the vet and question this advice, the receptionist said that she was already eating rice and the call was to ask if we could continue. She was NOT eating rice, they recommended that. And either way, as I was crying and begging to speak to the person who gave the advice, I was refused that. And when I found out that person was busy with other patients, obviously fine, I asked for a call back and was told they can't "guarantee that". pet is sick, and you can't afford the cost of emergency vet, so you call the place you've trusted for years, make sure it's not this one.
