twice I had a scheduled appointment and each time I would arrive early enough for my appointment. I would observe others arrive with there dog(s) and it call before me and my dog. the first time they said" she had a earlier appointment " but she came in late. today three others jumped in a room before me. and there excuse is unacceptable. when I questioned the reasoning, It was some mumbo jumbo about they have a particular dr., another said first come first serve, I was there. You have at least 4 customer service representatives and they are terrible. I hate to suspect it a racial thing, being that I'm the only black face in the building. I will report this to the bbb.

They take good care of my Wiener and my Beabull. Great vets. I dont know what changed around there but the services is much better now than ever before. Easy to get appointments very fast.

This review is specifically for Dr. Morrissey. My cat was suddenly exhibiting signs of being in a lot of pain, despite not much else to go off of-- bloodwork and Xrays were perfect. I've had previous experience of vets (both at this clinic and elsewhere) in my life essentially throwing up their hands and going "I don't know, your cat seems to be fine. I dont know the issue," or minimizing/gaslighting symptoms I've noticed in my cats, when the case is somehow "too difficult" to figure out. With this particular situation at hand, there was one other very subtle symptom my cat was showing. I expected her to do the same as above-- throw up her hands, and not take me seriously. However, she actually listened to me and believed me. She did not give up on him, and found the root of his pain and an effective treatment to get him feeling better again. And even more than that, she called and checked in on my cat several times to see how he was responding to treatment. I have NEVER previously had a vet who took it upon themselves to check in on my sick babies before. I cannot thank her, or recommended her, enough for taking my best friend's pain and illness seriously. She saved him from suffering longer than he needed to, and saved my mental health from feeling alone in not knowing what to do to help my best friend. THANK YOU, DR MORRISSEY! Seemed like a nice staff, but dropped my boarding appointment over the holidays. My elder dog has special needs, and my reservation was canceled abruptly. Would have thought an "animal hospital" has measures in place to assist elder dogs. Installed the Rover app and had a wonderful experience for the same price!
