Our dogs and cat love the staff and they are always so kind and friendly. The corporate operations person needs to plan a remodel of the waiting areas. So nasty and gross, but this isn’t any reflection of the staff. It’s so outdated and dirty. Relocate or remodel.
They are very caring and provide great veterinary care for my puppy. We have been very satisfied with the wellness plan we chose.
I’ve been visiting this location for years, and have always received prompt and caring service! The staff take time to discuss my cat’s medical needs, and work with me to keep them healthy and happy.
I take my service dog here because he is needy with food allergies and seasonal. They have a monthly plan that can help reduce regular exam and medicine costs. We really like Dr. Shalagin as she is great with my fur baby. The reason this is 4 starts is that if you have a really healthy dog, the plan may not be as cost effective. Be sure to do your homework on what is covered by the plan as they aren't all exactly the same.
They really have genuine feelings for my cats. They don't seem stressed out or anything when they get home! I would recommend Banfield over any other clinic.
Banfield was very nice. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were very pleasant. We took our new cat for an initial checkup. The process and examination all went very well. We will continue to use Banfield.
MY 9LB. 11 YEAR OLD CHIHUAHUA WENT IN FOR WELLNESS CHECK. SHE WAS GIVEN FLEA,TICK, MOSQUITO PREVENTION, ROUNDWORMS HOOKWORMS,RABIES,DAPP,LEPTO& LYME. That night she vomited in bed. Next day vomited 3 more times & the next night she vomited again. She hadn't eaten anything and would not take her epilepsy medicine. She started showing signs of her epilepsy the next day after exam. I had to take her to another vet and the cost was $581.00. She got medicines to stop vomiting. This continued for a total of 4 days. I thought I was going to lose her. I was devastated. I immediately canceled my plan and will not return to Banfield to even make a purchase. The vet should NOT of given all those meds at once with her age and epilepsy. PLEASE BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE USING THIS PARTICULAR VET.
