Excellent experience, the staff from front desk to doctor were all very kind and knowledgeable. We talked through all concerns, my cat was put pretty much at ease, as much as an animal can be in the vets office. Cost was very reasonable, would recommend to anyone with a furry companion.

We absolutely love Dr.Decent and his team. Dr.Decent truly cares and has a passion for his job. He will sit down on the floor to make your pets are more comfortable and answer all your questions with an absolutely honest answer. His team is very welcoming and polite. My frenchie had stenotic nares and I was worried about the aftercare/post surgery recovery so I sent an email with pictures and Dr. Decent took time to look at the pictures and answer my questions. Will continue coming here and referring people. 10/10 recommend.

Dr Decent is such an amazing Vet. Very down to earth, and has a very unassuming disposition. Dr Decent has seen me through a total of three cats passing within a four year span. Two were euthanized, he was gentle and had a great bedside manner, it's never easy making that decision, but, it's a fine line between quality of life and suffering. My third cat died at home of natural causes, in the midst of COVID. We were able to bring him to Custer vet, in a box, to have him cremated. I took my dog "Cookie" there for years, they put her down for me at the end and were very compassionate. I always received excellent service at fair pricing, even though they always seem to be swamped. I have recently adopted a new rescue dog and will be taking him there soon!

I love them. They've taken care of our cats and dogs. There's nobody we trust more.

Or rescue just started using this vet and so far we are very happy with the service and care our pets have received. It is out of our way but we are willing to come here to get great care. The cost is great too. We take on many pets that need extensive vet care so how much we spend is critical to us.

My family has owned pets for a while however I have never personally taken care of one. I'm getting my chance in the form of a Kitten on the seventeenth of June and I've been trying to get an appointment. Now due to Covid I'm sure that the clinic is busy but it's been days since my first calm and I haven't gotten a response. I've only been calling this place because it's where my parents for years had talked our Golden Retriever JoJo and recently our black lab puppy Star. However I may have to call and look elsewhere due to the fact that I'm just not getting through to anyone and it's extremely important that my kitten has her initial treatments done. I would hate for anything bad to happen to her. Update: I finally got a response from clinic staff and have an appointment set for my kitten. The person on the phone was incredibly nice and scheduling an appointment went insanely quickly. I will have another update when I get done with the appointment.
