We had a wonderful experience with this veterinary practice when Abby was spayed. The staff was kind, caring, and very thorough in explaining every step of the process. Their estimate was accurate, with no surprise or last-minute charges. I also appreciate that they are a locally owned practice and haven't been bought out by a large corporation. Abby recovered beautifully and is happy and healthy. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest, compassionate veterinary care.

I struggled about writing this review but I feel people should be informed about this place and our experience. We took our ferret there because he was sick and had a bloated abdomen. They did an x-ray and said that they couldn't see the other kidney so they needed to do an ultrasound. Long story short we went else were for the ultrasound due to cost and poor experience with the doctor and staff. The new vet requested records and we as owners where shocked to learn our ferret had congestive heart failure and this vet failed to give us those results. Because we didn't know care was delayed and our poor boy suffered from their inability to communicate and or their lack of knowledge about ferrets!!! Please dont take your ferrets here. These doctors will charge you for services and not give proper care! We also had a bad experience with the cat we brought in. Didn't offer much help... willing to charge for services with little knowledge or support after charging for service. Very disappointing our ferret is now on medication and we are still trying to figure out why this vet never even told us about his heart condition and never offered to treat him.

My wife already left a review as well but I feel we were so strangely treated that I have to as well. Xrayed our ferret, had no answers, wanted to do an ultrasound (overpriced btw) to diagnose possible issues. After finding a new vet to do said ultrasound, we are informed our ferret has heart failure from the xray findings from C.P. vet.....I was never informed of any "actual" findings or diagnosis, only suggested a $450 ultrasound to get more money. Would have been awesome to know considering the xray i paid for was $500 and our ferrets care was further delayed because we were never told any findings! I can only assume greed highly influences your business tactics or you somehow "spaced" giving us the results but either way, choosing your vet resulted in our loved pet going untreated for much longer than he should have.

Sometimes it's hard to trust others with our fur babies. Since the beginning, these vets had my trust. I trust their advice and opinions. They also have a super friendly staff. Recently, I had a bit of a snafu. Sometimes things just happen. It was a bit stressful, but with the immediate help of my vets... (a few times) it was resolved..I know my fur baby is in good hands and I'm so thankful for that!
