I recently brought my pet in to see Dr. Anderson and Dr. Griffin and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. Both doctors were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took their time with us and explained everything thoroughly — from the diagnosis to the treatment options — in a way that was easy to understand and very reassuring. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they truly care about both the animals and their worried owners. I also want to give a big thank you to the entire support staff! Everyone was so friendly, warm, and helpful from the moment we walked in. They made a stressful situation much easier with their kindness and professionalism. This is hands-down the best veterinary experience we’ve had. Thank you all so much — we’ll definitely be back!

Dr Anderson has been following one of my cats complicated Dental issue. We were seeing him in Olympia however I was willing to drive farther to see him and get his hopefully last major dental procedure. He is an amazing Veterinarian with excellent knowledge, patience and listening skills. I'm so grateful Tigger is already doing much better and he has given me the knowledge to help keep him healthy. I love having the plan and the ability to upgrade as I needed to. All of the Banfield staff is top notch, friendly and caring. I can't believe I didn't but 2 elf sweaters for our 2 Sphynx while I was there. Im so happy with Banfield and Dr Anderson. The staff kept up on the waiting list and we were even able to get in early!

When our Chiweenie developed skin lesions and excess shedding, we brought him to Banfield where he was examined by Dr. Stitt. After she diagnosed him with skin allergy, he was given a Cytopoint injection to quickly get the allergy under control and prescribed HexaChlor-K shampoo. When I picked our little Taco up, Dr. Stitt, (along with her kind vet tech, Andrea) made it a point of coming out and explaining the ailment and ensuring I understood the home care protocol. I really appreciated that extra effort. Two days after our Banfield visit, Taco ’s shedding has improved considerably and the skin lesions have disappeared. Definitely 👍👍 up for the care Taco received.

I just scheduled an appointment with Banfield Pet Hospital and already had such a great experience that I felt it was worth sharing. From the very first interaction, the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Making the appointment was quick and easy, and they took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s always such a relief to deal with a team that genuinely cares and makes the process smooth, especially when it comes to our pets. What stood out the most was how welcoming and professional everything felt. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly value both their clients and their animals. It gave me a lot of confidence going into the upcoming visit, knowing my pet will be in good hands. Also, the pricing felt very reasonable, which is always appreciated when planning care for your pets. Overall, even just from scheduling, I’m really impressed and looking forward to bringing my pet in. Thank you for making this such a positive and stress-free experience already!

Was a client for over a decade, horrible experience. My dog had an appointment and was refused treatment during a medical emergency. The staff is condescending and often distracted. Constently forgetting medications or getting doses mixed up between pups. When my dog was dying of cancer they took they sweet time refilling his pain killer medication to the point he died without it. Facilities are never sanitized and at some points absolutely filthy. No decorum or control. You have other people’s aggressive and undisciplined dogs to avoid just to make it to your appointment. They also "forget" to tell you when dog is available for pickup so your pet spends more time in their kennels than necessary. This location is so bad I would never go to another banfield location. Also yo cancel plans, you have to call corporate and go through more loops. Ridiculous.

Im finally completely DONE with Banfeild. I didnt expect exceptional service and care here, though I didnt think that I'd have absolutely horrible service and awful care of my pets. The type that traumatizes them. The whole idea of just "dropping them off" to pick up later might seem convenient yet I would never again trust leaving my animals with Banfeild. The staff communicate with each other poorly which translates to communicating poorly with you. I wont go down a list of everything that happened with each experience bringing my cats or dog here, ill just state that every single experience added up to complete and utter distrust of this place. I would like to describe each incident, though I'd be writing way too much. Ive got many experiences of poor decision making, poor communication, low respect of their customers, and NO accountability. I will never re-traumatize my pets bringing them here. Absolutely unprofessional.

Staff are super friendly but does not communicate with owners very well. I called a couple of times during appointment and spoke to team members ensuring a pick up time. But didnt happen. I took my dog in for a dental appointment. dropped my pup off at 7am and they didnt get him done until 6pm. They expect you to plan the entire day for their appointments. Seems to always be short staffed as well and always overbooked.
