⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Animal Clinic of Benson is truly exceptional. Having six dogs, I can confidently say they are all in excellent hands every time we visit. The entire team genuinely cares — not just professionally, but from the heart. Their staff is kind, attentive, and patient, and it’s clear they love what they do. Thanks to their knowledge and consistent care, my 14-year-old Australian Shepherd is in great shape, active, and enjoying a wonderful quality of life. That alone says everything about the level of care they provide. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic you can truly trust with your pets, this is it. I’m beyond grateful for everything they do for our furry family. 🐾

Incredible service with the kindest, most caring staff. The doctor truly listened, addressed every concern, and took all of my worries into consideration. My dog, Armani, is very anxious, and this procedure was completely new to him — yet the team made him feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. After his dental cleaning and teeth removal, he’s acting like nothing even happened. No pain, no oozing, great appetite, and back to his playful self. I was expecting to have about 5 teeth removed, but they were meticulously checked with x rays and exam and the team removed only 3 as 2 others are actually healthier than I expected. They also have done a comprehensive bloodwork panel and made sure his health is in a good shape. My dog gets bruised easily, so bloodwork was done very gently and from the back leg as I requested. I’m honestly in shock at how smooth his recovery has been. Even after being under anesthesia, he is better than ever. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome and will definitely be back! Thank you team, I am very very happy we found you!

Recently started taking my greyhounds to this clinic. They are both rescues from the racing industry and I wanted a vet who was knowledgeable about how to treat the conditions that can result from such an abusive environment. I'm soooo glad I found Dr. Kim. He is so good with my hounds (who can be a bit shy) and he is very thorough. Everything was explained plainly and with compassion. By the time the check-ups were over, Dr. Kim had created a plan of care to best suit the needs of each hound. The results really speak to the level of care and attention to detail this vet gives to each creature he treats. As a bonus, his prices are extremely fair and much cheaper than other clinics but without compromising the quality of his practice. You can trust this doctor to have the best interests of your pet at heart.

I want to take a moment to thank the team at Animal Clinic of Benson. They came highly recommended by my parents, who have trusted them for years, and now I understand why. We’ve been working closely with Dr. Pollack and Trina, the office manager, and they’ve been nothing short of incredible. They provide primary care for our Yellow Lab/Jindo mix and our Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Throughout our Corgi’s treatment for an oral tumor, Trina has been our main point of contact. She has gone above and beyond to support us, and I’m so grateful to her and the entire team at Animal Clinic of Benson. I have a puppy Who is chewing everything. Unfortunately she got into poison and I didn’t know what to do. I went to clover animal hospital and they was booked up. So I ran across the street to Benson animal clinic and although they don’t usually take walk ins they realized the emergency and saved my puppy. The staff is awesome and not just professional but they legit care! I will recommend thenm to every pet parent I know! Thanks again for saving Roxy❤️❤️❤️

One of the most traumatic and negligent veterinary experiences I've ever had. I trusted this clinic with my dog's life, and that trust was profoundly misplaced. Over the course of treatment, they performed four surgeries that were later confirmed to be unnecessary, putting my dog through repeated anesthesia, pain, and recovery for no legitimate medical reason. Their lack of proper diagnosis, poor judgment, and complete disregard for the physical toll on my dog nearly cost her her life. At no point were we given clear explanations, alternative options, or convincing medical justification for why surgery after surgery was supposedly required. Each procedure created more complications, more suffering, and more fear. What makes this unforgivable is that much of this could have been avoided with competent care, thorough diagnostics, and basic professional caution. Instead, we were met with confidence without competence, and reassurance that turned out to be dangerously wrong. The emotional distress this caused our family -- watching our dog deteriorate because we followed professional advice -- is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. Veterinary care requires trust, and this clinic shattered it. I strongly urge pet owners to seek second opinions before consenting to any major procedures here. Had we done so earlier, my dog may have been spared immense pain and trauma.

Their pricing is reasonable, they are super responsive, and they take fantastic care of our pets. We have one dog in particular that is very difficult at the vet and the staff take extra care to make her visits as smooth as possible. We would recommend Animal Clinic of Benson and Dr. Lee to anyone looking for high quality, affordable, vet care in the Kent area.
