Dr. November, is by far one of the best vets I've ever had. From the time you walk in, to seeing her, the whole experience will put you at ease. She really takes her time explaining things to you and never rushes the visit. With a senior dog, more concerns are there, yet she went above and beyond to discuss our options for my pets care. I left there very relieved. I have been going there for over 25 years. The level of professionalism and personalization, is always consistent. I love this place! Thank you Dr November! ♥️

I’ve been going here since I believe it was 1998 was my last visit with the former vet Dr Prince who opened his own practice off Old St Augustine Road. I continued to visit this location and became a HUGE fan of Dr Wilson He shoots straight with you doesn’t try to sell you on anything that your pet doesn’t need. He only does what’s necessary unlike most of other veterinarians. My boxer Tyson won’t let anyone touch him except Dr Wilson. I absolutely put trust and into his thoughts and recommendations. If you want all of this then I suggest you make an appointment and see for yourself how AWESOME DR WILSON and staff treat you and your pet.

I love this animal hospital and their staff. My dog and I have moved from place to place and have had so many bad vet experiences where unnecessary tests were ordered or we were pressured into buying products that weren’t helpful or even getting incorrect diagnoses and treatments along the way. Some vets we went to didn’t even remember us when we came in for return visits and seemed to be reciting scripts when talking to us. Monument road animal hospital has never treated us that way. They are always honest and thorough and fair. I have seen multiple different vets at this location, and they all seem to truly care about our pets and us as pet owners. My pup recently passed away, and the staff were so gentle yet honest with options we had for palliative care and end of life care. It was the most difficult time of my life, but they did not add any stress or give me a reason to question their diagnosis and treatment plan. I will always use this vet office for my pets in the future.

This was my first visit at Monument Road Animal Hospital and was very impressed. The people at the front desk were very friendly and checked us in quickly. We were shown to our room and the doctor arrived at once. She was with an attendant and they thoroughly examined our aging cat and answered all our questions and concerns. They followed up with us the next morning. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I have been taking my dog here for the last 10 years. Every doctor and nurse that has helped us has been nothing but kind and thoughtful with our dog's care. Dr. Barnhardt found a mass on my elderly dog's spleen and was quick at addressing and removing it just in time. The entire staff at Monument Rd Animal Hospital has been so thorough and understanding with my worried questions. I really appreciate them and could not recommend enough.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for this team! Dr. Barnhart is too amazing for me to be able to put into words. I had a very heartbreaking/tragic situation in which their team showed me the upmost empathy and compassion. They were so unbelievably kind and welcoming. I felt as if they were my friends, going through this tough time with me.Dr. Barnhart truly cares. 🥹 I would and forever recommend monument! I have never in my life experienced such care from a veterinary hospital. You can 100% FEEL how much they care, as soon as you walk through the door!! I wish I could rate 10 stars!!!! We have been taking our pets to Monument Road Animal Hospital since moving here in 2004. We have been extremely pleased with the care and the support staff is great. Dr. November is wonderful and always takes great care of Wee Jock. Highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone!
