As someone who has tried over 7 vets in the area this is the only vet that has ever tried to save us money along with being super friendly and knowledgeable. We've brought pets of all ages to Dr. Ranali and seeing her about me after already trusting her just made sense why we could trust her with anything vet related. Honestly if she ever changed practices we'd absolutely follow her even if it was much further away.

We are camping at Hanna park and our golden appeared to have gotten a UTI. Called one vet and they could not get us in for several days, but referred us to this veterinary hospital. Called them and they had availability. We rushed to the office and was met by a very friendly staff. Technician came out to get a sample before going inside. Doctor was beyond great! While the test were being run, he did a thorough exam and when the test results were ready, he went over the numbers in detail along with showing us the microscope photos while explaining what was going on with blood and bacteria in our pups urine. Highly recommend this place! Since we camp a lot in the area, we will definitely keep their number in our phones.

I've been coming since I got my 2 puppies, Allie and Benji. I won't leave, because I love Dr. Ranillani too much!!! They are pricey, but I have a great Vet 🙂

We had really great experiences at Fort Caroline animal clinic but when they moved to the Dames point location everything went downhill. We took our cat in because he was under the weather and the vet named Dr Lee immediately saw that he had an infection in his gums causing him to not want to eat. She then proceeded to offer us a $500 senior workup on my cat. Completely unnecessary. I asked her if I could please go home with an antibiotic to kill the infection where she refused. I had to take my cat to the ER that night where they said that Dr Lee was in the wrong and should have at least given some antibiotics to relieve his pain. I then had to spend $300 at the ER to get him all of his antibiotics. He was totally back to normal the next morning. I spoke to Dr Lee on the phone and told her that what she did was wrong and she refused to admit that she was in the wrong at all. If you truly care about animals you would not send them home without some type of relief. She let her go get in the way because I declined the $500 work up plan that she wanted us to do. Poor medical practices!

Staff was very friendly and the office smelled fresh and cleaned. I love the dog entrance and cat entrance method. Especially because I'm afraid of cats.
