We've been bringing our dog Jasper to Hidden Hills Animal Hospital and couldn't be happier with the level of care he receives. From the front desk to the exam room, the entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They're always thorough — they don't rush through appointments, they listen to our concerns, and they take the time to walk us through options so we can make informed decisions about Jasper's care. The facility is clean and well-run, and you can tell the staff truly loves animals. It's a big deal when you find a vet you trust completely, and Hidden Hills has earned that. Highly recommend to any pet owner in the Jacksonville area.

First time visit with my hedgehog. The entire staff was fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Parker was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the prices, too. Farley was well taken care of and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Staff is always very friendly! They were so kind to us when we had to put our sweet Charlotte down months ago. Fast forward to our shot appt for our new pup and thy still remembered Charlotte and were so kind to our new puppy.

We are new to the area needing to get established with a Vet and have Ellie caught up with her shots. Everyone was very kind and attentive with a short wait time. Ellie went right in the back with the vet tech without looking back leading me to think she felt safe, which is a big deal as she is a puppy mill rescue. Dr Parker was kind and patient, explaining everything and making sure we understood. The office is clean and freedom odors and checkout was seamless. I loved our vet down south who was also a longstanding friendly neighborhood office, this was the best choice I could have made!

We rescued a puppy with serious injuries. They made sure we could get in same day to take care of a puppy in need!

My brother and I are so grateful for Dr. Parker and her team with our rabbit, Little Man. From his neutering last year to his emergency visit today, his health was fully checked and a radiologist was even consulted for their opinion. The treatment costs were explained each step of the way. He has a recheck in a few days and regardless of the outcome, I know he received the best care today as humanly possible. Thank you Dr. Parker for seeing our rabbit emergency.

Dr. Ross and the staff have been absolutely incredible to Daisy and Whisper… and their prices are unbeatable. Love having them around the corner and will stick with them no matter where we are in Jacksonville! UPDATE: Dr. Ross and her staff have been wonderful with Whisper, my temperamental, hard-to-handle cat. They performed surgery to remove 2 bladder stones on Wednesday and he is already looking and feeling like himself. They also charge the best rates for visits and procedures in town so you don’t have to weigh whether or not your pet deserves care. He does and Hidden Hills cares!
