Dr Jana is great. Very no- nonsense, straight forward, clear. Very professional, easy to work with. She's very communicative and also understands life/finances/the desire to take care of our cats appropriately. I continue going to bright eyes almost 100% solely because of Dr Jana. Jana is a 10, the vet techs that helped us are 10s. The corporate structure of BEBT does worry me and bother me, the prices are some of the highest, and the lack of the 24/7 emergency services is a huge concern. None of that is within the staff's control though.

Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails was the only nearby animal clinic open on a Saturday afternoon. They are not my normal vet clinic but I called them as soon as my dog's back was bitten by another dog. I told them I may struggle making a large payment but I think they heard the desperation and sadness in my voice and told me to come on over. Even though I didn't have an appointment nor was I an existing client, the vet tech (Emma) made time for my dog and I. Another client waiting in the lobby showed concern for my dog and it was comforting. Luckily the vet (Dr. Janna) informed me that we did not need stitches, so that helped with the price. Even if the bill would have been very costly, they have options to pay/finance. The lobby was clean and the staff was kind. The clinic helped ease the stress of a very sad incident. Luckily my dog is on antibiotics and resting at home. Overall, I would recommend bushy tails to any friend or neighbor. I value the consideration and options they gave me. Sometimes we can stress about healthcare because of money and the vet tech (Emma) helped ease my nerves over the phone. That kindness and hospitality is so comforting.

We have continued to have great experiences with BEBT. They identified a bladder cancer in our beagle trooper very early in his illness process. We have been treating his cancer for 2 years now and he gets so excited to go for his monthly bloodwork. From the desk to the techs and the doctors everyone is great with our little old man.

We recently had to bring our kitten in during a very difficult time, and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for the care we received. The veterinarian was incredibly thorough in his exam and gave us a clear, thoughtful, and compassionate evaluation of his condition. Throughout the entire process, every member of the staff treated us—and our sweet boy—with such kindness, patience, and understanding. When it came time to say goodbye, they handled everything with such tenderness. They created beautiful paw prints for us, wrapped with such care, and it meant the world to have something so special to hold onto. Losing him was heartbreaking, but the compassion and professionalism of this team made an unbearable moment a little more gentle. We are deeply thankful for the support they gave us and for the love they showed our kitten in his final moments.

Unbelievably friendly, caring and knowledgeable. We've lost three pets in three years due to age, disease and accident and couldn't bear to lose another one. Literally trust them with my furry family's life!

We received great emergency care for our German Shorthair Pointer when his foot swelled from a puncture while training/hunting. They fit us in right away as we were traveling. They lanced, drained and flushed the wound under sedation. Our dog was relieved of the pain and pressure and was able to walk on his bandaged foot immediately. They sent us on our way with a 14 day antibiotic, cleansing flush antiseptic solution and bandages. Within a three days all swelling receded and the wound healed. Our dog hunted Pheasant in North Dakota for 2 weeks wearing protective dog boots like he was never injured! Thank you for the great Veterinary care!

We've gone to another clinic for several years, which we enjoyed. Staff was friendly and kind, but with the departure of our veterinarian, we chose to follow her on her new adventure with Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails. Having used the same clinic for years, I was nervous going to a new clinic, even though it was the same doctor. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the staff but the facility as well. Staff were helpful, friendly, and patient. The facility is clean and spacious. They have stunning photography on their walls, and calming colors in the waiting area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The window view was beautiful, too! As always, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Loni. She is always kind and courteous! She answers every question I have with nothing but kindness and patience, and the willingness to make sure I understand everything before I leave.
