every single one of the staff members here– from ana & lynette at the front desk– to the techs kimmy and ericka (and the other girls too whose names i didn’t get!!)– and to dr. kirch– are so kind, thorough, friendly, and informative. our family cat, pancake, had blood in his urine and even though he was fairing well, they were very urgent with his care and helped me to understand what might be causing his condition. not only was it a pleasant experience, but the girls here are so enthusiastic about animals and it really shows! working in vet med is no easy feat but you all make it looks so easy. pancake also had a great time interacting with all of the staff members here, he was so comfortable around everyone. thank you so much, from me and pancake, too!

Long time dog mom and have had (unfortunately) several trips here. Latest one was this past weekend. When I arrived Saturday night there were 16 cars in the lot! After walking in, staff said it was going to be a very long wait. My girl was not critical so instead of going elsewhere, I decided to come back first thing Sunday morning. I was the first one there, but I also arrived right before staff change over. So it did take awhile to be seen, but I understand day staff needed to do rounds with all the overnight admits and surgeries. Dr. Noble was great! She listened to me, did a thorough exam and gave me a couple of options. Everyone there was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, we had a tech come in and visit just to love on my girl. If it's after hours this will also be my go to place. I had to call them a couple of times on Sunday for some questions and I never felt like I was pestering them. Will continue to come here if I have an after hours emergency.

We had a very terrifying day yesterday with our furbaby. Every single person we encountered yesterday was absolutely amazing, even when our sour patch kid chose to be more sour than sweet when she wasn’t feeling good and scared. Megan, Jasmine, Ammie, Dr. Baker and Dr. Dixey were all phenomenal and patient. It’s clear they care about the animals AND their humans. Hopefully we never need to use an emergency vet again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to go back.

My dog has had Blasto since April 2025 Ran out of meds and be started running in circles and crying out in pain. To the point I thought end of life. Came here and the lady said don’t even bring the dog in first words out of her mouth. Tried sending us somewhere else to IndyVer which I have had a terrible experience at in past. Wouldn’t even bother looking at my dog just to even stabilize or reduce pain until regular vet visit. Very disappointing and now my dog is suffering as I give up looking. Literally the solution is giving him Fluconazole or other fungal medication. I have all medical records. Ugh!!

We have had to wonderful experiences with here during 2 very difficult times. Our 12 year old Corgi passed and they took her right away, we did not wait in the lobby more than 2 seconds. They were so good with our 2 young, emotional kids, letting them say their final good byes in a private space in a back room. They send a loving card afterwords with everyone’s signature that we kept with her picture. Recently, we had to put down our 7 year old mini lop bunny that had 2 large tumors. No exotic vet would help us or bunny rescue and our sweet boy was not doing well. So thankful for these wonderful people that could end his suffering when we had no where else to turn. They saw him right away and as always are as nice and professional as they come!

We had the most considerate and caring experience here when we put down our sweet Lulu. The staff gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes and provided a supportive presence while also giving us space to grieve. I'm especially grateful to Britt and all the other staff that was there that night.

Today was one of the hardest days of my life. Billy was 12 years old and I took her here at 7am. She needed to be put down and it was a very hard decision. The whole vet staff was really amazing and kind. They took her right in and tried to help as much as possible. The vet was very understanding and did everything humanely. This is a really good place for pets. At least I got to be with Billy when she went.
