Noah's Stop 11 Animal Hospital

They were SO sweet and caring while letting us spend our Pauly D’s last moments with us! They took such good care of him in the process also! These folks are so compassionate and so patient while they have to perform some of the worst procedures! We love you forever, our Pauly D, and will see you again! I came to Noah’s after being turned away from another urgent care. I brought in a stray with an injured arm and eye and Noah’s did everything possible to not only help the cat but also assist me in giving me options financially. I’m so thankful to the kind staff and vet there. They went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you thank you! 😊 Smoke is a happy healthy boy again.

After a mishap of somehow my appointment getting messed up, they still took the time out of their crazy day to see my new puppy and give her all the attention! Everyone here is genuinely so kind and was just so excited to see her. I felt well taken care of and I knew my puppy was too. Incredible and kind staff and so grateful that they took my Penny in on a whim!

Oct. 25, 2024 I had to bring my dog Axle in to be put down becuse my regular vet was booked and could not sneek us in. The people where so helpful and sympathetic the entire time. Even gave me time to grieve with him once he had passed (I always sit with my furbabies as they go, so they are not alone and with thier person.) I did not expect the beautiful keep sake they also gave me before I left. Nose prints, foot prints, a little jar of his fur and sympathy card. I ment to post this after it happened but it was just so hard for me. And now his older brother is not doing good and I am afraid I may have to put him down by this Monday as well. 😭 Thank you so much for all that you all do. For our fur babies and us as we deal with the hard time of loss. ❤️

I can not be more thankful and beyond pleased with this group of professionals. I took my pitty in on an ER visit. They were calm when I wasn't, explained everything in detail so I knew what was going on and what to expect. They discussed cost with me everytime it was needed. They were honest and showed me the xrays so I could see too. I was blessed to have found them and will go back if I ever need to, heaven forbid. My holidays are jolly again! I love you all so much and value all your experience and your high levels of compassion for my baby. You are all rock stars 🌟 bless you 🙏

Arrived and taken to room 2 at 6:28pm, left 9:28pm without seeing the vet and with them refusing to even give an estimate. On their scale on the wall it was marked we were a Priority 2, "there may be a wait." The few times anyone stuck their head in the room we were told the vet would be in "Soon." That started 45 minutes into this - so the third time I heard the vet would be in "soon" I asked appropriately when that might be. The woman just replied the same, "soon." If I’d been told they don’t know how to staff the facility to take care of emergencies I would have gone elsewhere. Now we are driving to another vet with our 13 year-old dog who collapsed today and was immobile for about 20 minutes and is struggling to get to her feet, after being fine a few days ago and who got progressively weaker while we waited for no service, no compassion, no words of encouragement from this mismanaged, ill-named "emergency" vet.

Words cannot express the depth of my gratitude for the staff on Oct 25. I was a mess. Their genuine kindness was so touching. Our vet was away and our Ollie was failing fast. They took such good, good care of us.
