Livewell Animal Hospital of Huntersville

We have brought our Fur Babies to Dr.Gold at Livewell with confidence. His facility takes such great care of them and we know each time that they are in great hands. The office is super clean, everyone is friendly and professional. They are caring and take the time to explain things and give you time to ask questions. We love Dr Gold and his staff they are all Amazing. Thank you for all that you do for the community and our Fur Baby family.

My dog chewed through her bottle of vitamins and ingested what was in the container. The team at Livewell Animal Hospital (Dr. Gold, Bri, and Tiffany) were amazing with my dog Mama. I was able to rush her right in and they were so caring and kind. My dog is not a fan of any type of medical procedure and they were patient with her even when she was not cooperative. Dr Gold clearly explained what needed to be done and why. The staff were able to provide the care that she needed and I was able to bring her back home afterwards. Thankfully I avoided a long wait and expensive trip to an emergency vet. Of course if she had needed to go there I would not have hesitated but glad my dog was able to get her care at the veterinarian’s office. They also checked in the next morning to make sure she was ok which she was. I would highly recommend Livewell for any type of veterinary care.

This review is long overdue, but Livewell Huntersville truly is the best! The entire team is so welcoming and friendly, and they take incredible care of my dog. Dr. Jones and Dr. Gold are both amazing! I always feel confident that my dog is in great hands with them. Even after moving 20 minutes away, I still choose to come here because the environment and staff are unmatched. They take the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and even in stressful situations, I know I can trust them to provide the best care. Candy and I appreciate everything you all do so much!

I switched vet locations due to multiple issues with former vet location (customer service, prompt follow up, poor record keeping, etc). I happened upon Livewell while driving one day and decided to give them a try. What welcomed change! Great customer service and customized interaction and clean facility. Kudos to Dr. Jones, Ava and Kaela!

Dr. Jones and her staff are the most amazing people! My dogs are my children, so their care is my highest priority. Dr. Jones is the best vet I have ever taken my dogs too! Her and her team guided us for best practices for one of my dogs TPLO surgery (amazing surgeon at Livewell for CCL repair). I couldn’t have been more happy with the help and information I received for her aftercare/ recovery. Dr. Jones also has helped with identifying lumps and bumps on my pitty mix. They always get so excited to see my girls! I am truly so grateful for the staff and and Dr. Jones! 🩷🩷

They took excellent care of Bailey, our Great Pyrenees, and even followed up the next day to check on her progress. While we waited, I was offered a beverage, which was a thoughtful touch. I’ve already shared our experience with friends—Livewell has a caring, knowledgeable team that truly goes above and beyond.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating for my nervous girl. They put my mind at ease for some lumps that have appeared. I love their support and partnership with local animal rescues. Specifically with Forgotten, Now Family Rescue. They had donation signs around the office and a board of adoptable animals in their front lobby. I love supporting a vet that is similarly aligned with a passion for animal welfare and promoting adoption. I know my pup is in great hands. Highly recommend.
