Dr. Rosanova and everyone that works here are exceedingly kind and accommodating. They are exceptionally competent and amazing at what they do. This place goes above and beyond to take care of our pets. We visited multiple clinics to figure out why our dog was in pain, but this was the only place that managed to find the actual cause. Thanks to Dr. Rosanova’s early detection of our dog’s condition, he underwent surgery and treatment successfully and is doing amazing. Without this place, our dog would be in much more dire health. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Rosanova and the entire team was incredibly informative and empathetic. I cannot recommend this hospital more!

I was a client at Banfield Roselle for a few years, but each time I left, it was due to poor customer service and lack of empathy. While the office manager, Kirstie, is professional, and one staff member was kind, another staff member showed no empathy or care for animals. They returned my dog with a cold attitude, saying she was biting the leash. They fail to recognize that dogs get nervous in that environment. Unfortunately, it was another disappointing experience. I re-enrolled my dog for checkups, but now I feel truly let down and uncomfortable.

We needed a new vet for our dog. So we decided to try this place and I'm glad we did. The prices are given upon request and fair. Other vet offices we visited always try to sell us more than we actually needed. But this place is really friendly. They understand that families are on a budget, and they allow you to choose the treatment and services you want to pay for.. it was really busy when I visitedl and I had to allow my pet to be examined without me which was okay because it was a routine wellness visit. I was just very appreciative They were able to get me in for a last minute appointment on the same day we called. Great vet hospital

Dr Rosanova at the hoffman estates location off roselle/golf has been my vet for about two years now. She has performed major tooth surgery to extract all the teeth of my one cat who recovered without any major complications. She has helped me with dieting needs for my obese, food motivated cat. she is now overseeing the well-being of my new addition to the family. Dr. Rosanova communicates in a way that helps me better understand what my cats need. She is reassuring and she takes her time. I absolutely love this doctor and trust no one else to take care of my animals.

My cat got spayed front desk staff wasn’t welcoming seemed like she didn’t want to be there, over heard front staff talking bad about the clinic. Was given no after care instructions, was given the wrong microchip it was for a dog. Overall terrible experience will never go back to this location
