The front desk lady Ashley is so awesome! She is always very kind and compassionate even when her waiting room is slammed and she is running around crazy trying to get everything done. Props to her ! Dr Alex is the best! Had several great experiences with him with a few of my dogs Lily, Ghost, and Beef. Down to earth personality,excellent clincial experience, and awesome bedside manner.

My dog, Cash, had been a patient there since we rescued him three years ago. He was a big boy and had a hard time walking. It looked like there was an infection in his leg and we left him there overnight so that he could have IV antibiotics. He died the next morning. I am still not over it and it has taken me this long to write a review. I write a five star review due to the feeling that I have that everything that possibly could have been done for him was done for him, and the compassion that was shown to us by everyone on the staff, particularly Dr. Gutierrez. Everyone was great though.

I've been going to Henderson animal hospital for 13 years and the front desk staff are very kind. I have 3 cats 2 went to a different hospital and 1 was going there for 13 yrs. Well the 1 cat that was going to another hospital wouldn't take me for an emergency they said they would fit me in tomorrow. Really?? So Henderson said bring him over now . I did and after blood tests and ultrasound they kept him overnight to see if he improves, but sadly his kidneys shut down completely and there was nothing that they could.😿. My boy was 15 yrs old and to have him go to sleep was the worst decision I had to make. But the staff all assured me it was the right thing to do. They had him cremated and a nice urn and bag came with him. So about 1 month later my other cat who is now a patient there is diabetic and caught it in time. Thank you Henderson for being there when no one else would step up and take us right in. Catnip is on the bottom. And shady in the back gets groomed there as well . Awesome groomer and Snickers is in front of her who is diabetic.

Henderson Animal Hospital Hospital in Boulder Hwy is my forever go to place for my fur babies! Dr. Suh did amazing with scooters surgery and with the removal of his stitches! Autumn At the front desk all the way to Brian and Chad, they were all so helpful and friendly and I can’t wait to bring my other dog to get his teeth pulled hahah! This place is great! Im so glad I decided to bring my dog Leftie. Everyone was so patient and really showed how much they care about animals. I definitely recommend taking your pet here !

Rosie hurt her leg jumping up the back door ledge from the back yard. Our nurse Laura was so nice, caring and gentle with Rosie who was in pain. She is 16 years old and extra needy lol lol. Laura was knowledgeable and very professional !! Thanks Laura !! Rosie

It honestly saddens me me to have to write this review. Tracy that works at the front desk is amazing! I really liked Dr. Tim, BUTmy dog was clearly not well so we took her in. They did bloodwork and the next day we were told that dogs have a platelet count of between 270-400. My dog's was 8! I asked if a blood transfusion could help. He told us no, even though I had read multiple different times that it COULD! He told us that she couldn't get in for an ultrasound for a week, and that removing her spleen could help. I also read that BUT with a platelet count of 8 she couldn't never make it through the surgery! so again it was WAIT a week. Needless to say she bled to death internally 2 days later. Then to add insult to injury to injury, we had to rush her to VEG (veterinary emergency group), where she died as soon as we got there. They put us in a room with her to say goodbye 💔😭. A young woman came in and gave us all of our options. Single cremation, group cremation what type of paw print if any etc. We told her we wanted a single cremation. a clay paw print , even telling her which paw we wanted some and some hair. She wrote it all down and told us that it would be ready in 1-2 weeks. When it got to 3 weeks, I called. The young man that answered the phone didn't know what to say then put me on a long hold. He got back on the phone and then told me that I should have gotten an email from western states pet cremation because THEY are who we would need to order stuff from. I asked them why did the young lady ask us. He said he didn't know and that my sweet baby girl had long been cremated in a group cremation and was GONE! The manager got on the phone and told me that he would refund our money, as if that helped. Then said he would "retrain his staff" so that this never happened again. A little late since it happened to us an now we have NOTHING of our baby girl. INEXCUSABLE!! And can never be replaced. So if you are going to Henderson animal hospital for anything serious, you are risking your pets life. Ands if you go to VEG on Stephanie don't believe a word they say. I don't want anyone to go through what we are right now.
