I have been going to CAH since the beginning. I loved Dr. Brown, however, the clinic got expensive and money hungry..... so I left. Just recently, I came back to CAH with my 3 dogs (minus 1) for vaccinations. I was impressed; I was charged for just the shot. No add on doctor fee or Vet tech fee. The staff was more efficient and friendly than I could remember. I will be seeing you again.

Time and time again Dr Ledezma has displayed her dedication to my 5 four legged kids. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. This past Monday she literally saved my mastiffs life after a botched surgery at another local vet. She has so much compassion and understanding. She in detail explains things in understandable terms. If you want the comfort of knowing an excellent & qualified Dr, she is the one. LOOK NO FURTHER

I had such a great experience with Dr. Caroline Hensley today. From the moment she walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. What really stood out to me was how comfortable she made my dog feel. She even got down on the floor with us during the exam, which helped keep him calm and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals. I’m so grateful we found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable vet!

Cadence Animal Hospital is excellent. They have the best caring Doctors, & an exceptional professional and caring staff. It feels like Family caring for your pets. I know my pets are treated with love, & good care. They show me each & every time I’m in the office. Dogs are great at sniffing out good, loving people. Keep up the great job & thank you for loving, & taking care of my Boys.

We recently moved into the Cadence community and decided to choose this vet since we had heard good things about it—glad we did! We brought our two dogs in for vaccinations and had a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the team in the back was kind, gentle, and great with our dogs. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated how caring everyone was. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that we didn’t get to meet the doctor, even just for a quick introduction since we were there for vaccines. Otherwise, it was a great visit, and we’re very happy we chose this clinic and look forward to bringing our pups back!

It’s very difficult to find vets that go above and beyond. I first tried Cadence when I wanted a second opinion for my sweet 11-year-old cat Ellie. Although we couldn’t do anything for her, I can’t explain how thankful I am for the quick results and follow ups, second opinions, and personal phone calls that helped us make a decision quickly so that she didn’t suffer longer than necessary. Dr. J was very empathetic and genuinely cared throughout the difficult process. A month later, my other cat got sick from eating food he wasn’t used to and Dr. J was just as amazing. She walked me through all of the results of the testing done and sent them to me. We hospitalized him and I knew that even though he hated it (lol) he was in good hands. I received updates, all my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered, and he is completely back to himself. I never felt that I was being pushed for unnecessary testing just to make more money. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. The assistants show care and affection to the pets. Thank you to everyone who helped take care of Ellie and Mushroom and for understanding how much our pets mean to us. ❤️

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. I brought my puppy in because she was shaking her ears a lot and it seemed like something was irritating them. I also mentioned her coughing/gagging symptoms during the visit. The doctor we saw was Dr. Ledezma. We came in thinking it would be a simple ear cleaning, but she ended up being prescribed medication and additional ear treatment. After they put it on her at the clinic, her ears actually got worse and it looked like some irritation may have affected the skin on her ears, so I didn’t even use it and had to take her to another vet for a different opinion and to have everything re-checked and cleaned again. For her other symptoms, I was told it was likely related to her recent spay surgery. Later on, another clinic immediately identified it as kennel cough just by examining her throat. I also want to mention she is a shelter puppy, which I did tell them. Knowing that, I would’ve expected kennel cough to at least be considered as a possibility, since it is very common in shelter dogs, but that wasn’t brought up during the visit. During the exam, I also didn’t feel very confident in the explanation given, and the overall visit felt unclear. Overall, I ended up spending close to $200 and still had to seek additional care elsewhere shortly after. I did reach out directly before leaving a review to try and resolve things first. They did offer a refund for the medication, which I appreciate, but that was the only adjustment offered. I was still asked to call in to complete the refund due to my overnight work schedule, and they only offered to refund the medication, not the ear-related charges (swab, cleaning, and exam), which made up most of the visit cost. For context, the breakdown was roughly: exam fee ($70), ear swab ($40+), ear cleaning ($40+), and medication ($40+). I’ve brought my other dog to this clinic before and had good experiences, which is why I initially chose to bring my puppy here. The vet assistants here was are always so nice I can say that. Having a new shelter puppy is already stressful, and this experience added unnecessary stress and additional vet visits that likely could have been avoided. I wish I had paid closer attention to the more mixed reviews beforehand. I’m sharing this just so other pet owners can make a more informed decision. I will not reach out again as this whole situation was just a lot and I gave them an opportunity to resolve this with a few emails back and forth.
