Wat place to take your babies. The staff is so kind and caring. I love them! The male doctor there is so cool and attentive to my puppy. It’s so nice there!

Have been taking my pets here for years. Staff is always friendly especially Jennifer. Service is great my pets are healthy thank God. Vets make sure they explain in detail what you animal needs.

I would give Zero stars if i could. we brought our dog in as we thought he was suffering he was hiding and didn’t seem like himself. the vet was so rude to us and treated us like we were wasting his time: turns out we were right and he died less than 48 hours later. awful care. period.

03/05/2026 ⭐⭐ I guess it's only 1 REVIEW PER PERSON ?? I can't leave a Second Review so I have to EDIT and ADD to my original Review back in late November 2025. A few days ago I called to check prices on 3 vaccines and whether there would also be an EXAM FEE. I was quoted $189 for something that today I paid $45 at my original vet in the southwest with NO $65 EXAM FEE $15 + $15 + $15 = $45, Minus my -10% senior discount, came to $40.50 total. They don't make money on vaccines! How do you, VCA, justify charging $189 ??? That's absolutely absurd! You have my dogs records from his previous vet and you sent me a Notification that he's due for 3 vaccines, then why do I have to pay an Exam Fee? No wonder my first initial EXAM was FREE as a PROMOTION. You'll gain that $100 Exam Fee right back as soon as my next visit, and then some. Smh 11/2025 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you Doctor's Schill and Griffin for Buddy's complimentary promotion exam today, and explaining in detail, with patience, all of the importance going forward of keeping Buddy healthy with his heart murmur and future dental procedure. I found this dog chained up in a bathroom in a park. On Sandy Ridge, drive. Took this dog here, they got him all cleaned up.Now he's part of my family.His name is axel.

Went for the first time today with one of my 3 dogs. We saw Dr. Walter's who was kind and understanding. I feel relieved to find a vet who listens and doesnt seem all about money. I am bringing another one of my dogs to see her next week.

I have had a very pleasant experience here with my brand new shelter dog and a nice thorough exam. this is a nice place that does free exams for newly adopted dogs from the animal foundation, the animal foundation gives you a note to give to the vet for a free wellness exam. They were very nice and treated my dog very kind and gentle knowing he was fresh from the shelter and scared. They were so nice to him that he calmed down during the exam and then he was not even scared going back in for a second visit or scared during getting shots. I really like this place, so I read the one star reviews out of curiosity and they are all someone that sounds unfairly upset over something that doesnt sound like anyone actually did anything unkind or wrong, like them not reading emails during emergency hours or saying they will need a payment or something. I highly reccomend this place and will be back with my other dogs. Great prices on vaccines too. Very happy to have a nice place to go.
