I took my 15 year old cat here for a general check up and this was truly the best experience. The assistants (kayla was great) were all so welcoming, efficient, and kind. Dr Snyder was so gentle with my cat and gave thorough explanations and recommendations. We ended up doing a teeth cleaning, bloodwork, and injections for her joints. They were always very transparent about costs and I felt confident they were not overcharging for anything. They treated my cat with so much care she left feeling so much better I feel like she’s already walking a lot more and more active. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Our Diesel was 16 years old and became very sick. We brought him to Vererinary Care and they helped us with his final day with the utmost care. It was beautiful and dignified. I also saw other doggies and doggie parents and all seemed very satisfied with their services. The office is very clean snd organized. The Doctor and staff were great! Highly recommend!!!!

This was by far the best veterinary experience I’ve had in El Paso. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine commitment to providing the best care for my pet. I brought my rabbit in to see the doctor, and the entire team was exceptional. The vet tech, Heather, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Every technician handled my rabbit with care and true compassion, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Snyder was outstanding, not only providing excellent care, but also taking the time to educate me on proper rabbit care and what to look out for moving forward. That level of attention and education truly stood out. Heather also shared helpful information about local resources and events, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that this team goes above and beyond, not just in treatment, but in building relationships with pet owners. Overall, this was a phenomenal experience. I live on the far east side, and I would gladly make the drive just to receive this level of care and compassion again. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who truly loves their pets. 10/10 and Thank you for this experience!!!

We unfortunately were presented with the difficult decision to lay our 17 yr old chihuahua, snoop to rest. We were welcomed with compassion, we were informed, and my baby was advocated for. We were provided with a peaceful space to put our Snoop to rest, accompanied with a prayer from the Doctor. In addition! We received his ashes and so many beautiful things; like some of his hair, his paw print/ snout print & a thoughtful card. Thank you so much to all the staff and Doctor for guiding us through such a rough time. We will always be grateful.

Pet Owners, THIS IS THE PLACE! We own a 5 yo English bulldog who has numerous challenges because of his breeding (numerous). This was our 3rd visit to a vet since 12/19/25 (today is 12/26/25) because he has been bleeding from his winky! Scary! My husband & me wanted to get him relief & for all the bleeding to stop, so we came to this clinic that we found on Google & what a FIND it is!!! From the amazing service that Kayla provides to the thorough & thoughtful examination that Dr. Snyder gives your pet - THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Also, their pricing is very fair and they make sure you understand what Dr. Snyder recommends & why. I love this place & will be bringing our two cats to them also! They’re conveniently located on Montana near Airway, in the small shopping center around the corner from where the liquor store is located - across the train tracks from Kinko’s. Next to HAGGAR Restaurant Supply. Give them a try - you & your pet WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.

very pleased with my visit here! I came in with my training working dog (who not a lot of vets would see because of his background) a toddler and myself who is in her third trimester of pregnancy and the staff was excellent! Heather is a great vet tech and even offered to help me with my toddler trying to take the load off of me while I'm handling my dog being heavily pregnant ! The Doc is experienced with these types of dogs and breed and walked into the room with no ounce of being "afraid"! Taking my dog to the vet was always a nightmare, but this place knows how to handle my 90lb German shep/mal mix working dog! We found our vet!

I’ve been bringing my dachshund to Dr. Snyder for many years, and he has always been great to us. He is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about his patients. His staff is just as wonderful always friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time we visit. They were especially supportive when helping me with my dachshund’s travel health certificates, making the process easy and stress-free. Communication has always been clear and reliable, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary clinic.
