This is easily and without a doubt the best veterinary office I have ever visited, and I am so glad I trusted the other reviews saying as much. Dr. Pokard and her team are obvious animal lovers and show tremendous care in their approach and treatment. My 2 cats were able to come in together for an initial visit, and I had a follow up visit for my cat who wasn’t feeling well. On both occasions, all team members treated me and my fur babies with such care and kindness. They really listen to your concerns, take the time to answer your questions, and offer solutions without trying to pressure or upsell you on anything. It’s such a game changer to be able to stay with your pets the entire visit as well. The office is clean and the entire staff warm and welcoming. I love that they have a specific room for cats, including a cat tree and lots of treats. I cannot recommend this office enough for anyone looking for a vet you feel completely comfortable trusting with your favorite furry family members. My golden retriever Griffin and I had a great experience today for his first vet visit at Fauna. He’ll be coming back to get his teeth cleaned next month. Everyone was so nice and caring! Also, you’re able to stay with your pet which is a bonus. Glad I found a primary vet like them 😊💕

Best vet experience EVER!! Fauna is absolutely next level when it comes to caring for your pet. We brought in our recently adopted 3 year old pup Stella for an introductory meeting. It could not have gone better! At a different, traditional vet, she was so stressed and aggressive they couldn’t vaccinate her. They sent me home with a sedative for the next visit. Even with a sedative and a muzzle her anxiety was off the charts - she lost her bowels and even managed to bite the tech. There was absolutely no going back to that vet. Then I found Fauna. Their open concept and fear free techniques made all the difference! Both Vet Tech Keli and Dr. Pokard were so patient, friendly and gentle with our pup! They gave her treats and engaged her while gently looking her over. We were there a good hour for our meet and greet and it could not have gone better! And to top of off, as we were checking out, Keli and Dr. Pokard were actually playing with Stella on the front couch!! It was so cute. I cannot begin to express how relieved and grateful I am to have found Fauna.

I had the pleasure of bringing in two of my dogs to see Dr. Pokard and her team. The veterinary hospital is absolutely beautiful. Everything is new, modern and clean. My first visit was with my sweet senior terrier, Zoey. She’s normally very nervous but seemed more relaxed with the fear free, open concept environment. I was able to stay with her the entire visit ❤️ Dr. Pokard gave her a very thorough exam and asked me a lot about her history. It was so refreshing as my experiences elsewhere throughout the years have been quick and not super personable. My next visit was with my goofy Frenchie, River. He was on his back half the appointment and felt right at home. He loved their nurse, Kel. She was so great with him! It’s been a challenge to find a veterinary hospital who truly cares about my pets and takes the time to explain details to me. I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Pokard and to not feel rushed or unheard. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

My pug son loves Dr P and her team members very much. He was very happy to see them before his surgery visit and post surgery follow up appt. He had 12 teeth and two fatty tumors removed and was being treated with a lots of TLC during his visit. Dr P was very experienced to handle both issues. My pug son’s post surgery recovery was less than a week and he was able to resume his busy daily activities. Thanks to Dr P and her team members!

Dr Pokard has been my bunnies vet for years now! Wherever she went, we followed her! I was so excited when she opened her own clinic and to take my babies there. Every appt has been 100% fear free and she’s always included me in every step she takes for my buns. Like many people, my buns are my babies and I feel 100% confident having her on their side looking out for them. Also major shout out to the techs and assistants and receptionist because they are always so happy and they love my babies as much as I do. She is a vet that listens to my concerns (and being a crazy bunny lady I always have a lot 🙂) and she wants what’s best for my buns and myself. I can’t recommend fauna enough!

I can't recommend Fauna enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The open-concept layout is such a game-changer. Being able to stay with my dog during her check-up is so comforting. It really makes a difference knowing I’m right there with her as she gets the care she needs. Dr. P is amazing! She is so attentive, thorough, and kind. She takes the time to make sure everything is checked, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it really shows in her approach. The whole team is also amazing! Everyone is so warm and welcoming, which makes the experience feel more like a visit with friends rather than a trip to the vet. The atmosphere is calming, and it takes the stress out of something that can usually be a little intimidating. If you're looking for a vet who truly cares about your pet and makes you feel comfortable, this is the place. Dr. P and her team have made all the difference for us, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful care they provide!
