I am extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. My cat recently had surgery here, and I was never provided with an Elizabethan collar (cone) to protect him. Because they failed to give me this essential tool, my cat opened his stitches. When I returned to the clinic to seek help, they refused to take responsibility and claimed it was solely my fault for not asking for a cone. Not only did they show zero empathy for my pet’s condition, but they also forced me to pay an extra $165 for the follow-up, despite the complication being caused by their own lack of proper guidance. It is clear that they are just money grabbers. My cat suffered unnecessarily, and I lost both my time and extra money because of their negligence. As a pet owner, I trust a professional clinic to provide clear post-operative instructions and the necessary equipment to ensure my pet's safety. They failed to do so and refused to take accountability. I strongly urge other pet owners to be cautious and seek care elsewhere where they actually care about the well-being of the animals.

Dr. Lee and Francis saved my kitties life. I never had a chance to thank them for figuring things out and getting my boy Olive back healthy again. They are perfect. I'm very thankful. I think their secret is that they are not relying on a big crew and they both know lives count on their diligence. Was half the price and twice and good regarding quality. Nobody else was able to figure out the problem with my cat; So I am Sooooo thankful for Francis and Dr. Lee!!!! Absolute A+

My dog suddenly became very ill and lethargic but my regular vet had closed, so I called Plaza Pet and they were able to see us in less than 2 hours! The staff and Vet were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. They also offered me choices between what care could be provided that day based on my budget, which was extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning to Pet Plaza Hospital. Thank you for helping my best friend feel better!

UPDATE: 1. Well, what you said is not true, you CHARGED $70 at first, after my son OBJECTED to the charge, you REFUNDED $20, it is not to the same thing. 2. We already knew that our cat and two kittens were infested with fleas, you didn't have to charge him to say the thing that we had already know!. 3. You are entitled to let the customers know about the possible service charges before hand, and make sure they are agreed to your terms before your service. 4. Telling my son DON'T COME BACK HERE is so RUDE!!! My son took our kittens and cat for flea treatment! They charged $70 to tell us that they can't do anything about it!! Such a rip off!!

I took my dog here for a spay, and like many others have said, the price is very reasonable. It was the best price among all the hospitals I checked, even compared to those in Atlanta. Dr. Lee did an amazing job; the suturing was very precise, and the wound was incredibly small. My dog was already acting like her normal self the day after the surgery, showing little discomfort.

We’ve been clients for 2 years and we have had a good experience with the front office staff and the veterinarian. The veterinarian Dr Lee will always come out to debrief on what is going on with our Fisher and front office staff Francis is always clear on breaking down billing and follow up treatment details for any medications.

I have been bringing my pets to Plaza Pet Hospital for over 15 years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr. Lee and his staff are the epitome of professionalism, consistently providing exceptional care and compassion for my animals. Their dedication and expertise ensure that my pets always receive the best treatment possible. Plaza Pet Hospital has truly earned my trust and loyalty over the years.
