Taylor was a great help with Rip. We tried to trim his nails but we need to finish them with the Dremel file. Everyone was so patient with my Corso. Thank you all so very much!

In the photo I've posted, there is a combined 14+ years of evidence that shows how good this veterinary clinic is. Also 2 surgeries. I have probably interacted with every employee there over the last 8-10 years, just look at these dogs. Nothing but positive things to say. I appreciate them so much for the health of my boys!

My name is Quincy. Quincy Jones. This is me after I got home from Goodrich veterinary clinic. My mommy thinks it's the best place in the world. Dr. Mongan takes care of me..I like her a lot. All the techs are nice and smart..they trick me into getting my nails clipped. I'm sorry if I got grouchy...I didnt feel good..but I love my nails today. I think all kitties should come here.

I came in to get a second opinion for my senior cat. She's been having a lot of breathing issues due to congestion. So much so, that i could hear her from a different room. I just wanted her to be more comfortable if that was possible. The Dr. was very up front, and gave me options. One of which was steroids. I know they're not a cure, but Husker was a completely different cat the next day. Thank you, so much.

This is a very good crew and I appreciate the work they put into our local animal community so much. So far I have taken my kitten here for her initial vaccinations and to be spayed. Thank you Dr. Mongan and your team, I hope all your good work doesn't go unnoticed!

I love this vet. The entire staff truly loves animals and it shows. Met the new D.V.M. David today and he came in a immediately got on the floor to give my pitbull Lola all the love. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been going to Goodrich since back when Dr. Goodrich owned it. He was great! The vets that bought it from him were wonderful...Dr. Mongan was the most compassionate animal lover and treated all of my dogs like they were hers. Sadly, she sold the business (which I didn't realize) until I brought my dog in for a checkup). I had a 15 year old diabetic dog (5 years on same insulin, etc,) and Dr. Bremers started listing at least 6 tests she would like to do. I declined since she was a very senior dog. It felt like a money grab from the start. I left and continued ordering her insulin from Chewy until one day Dr. Bremers wouldn't approve the prescription until she came in for test to make sure it was still the correct amount...even though she was having no issues. I booked an appointment and came in for the test. I waited in the room for about 10 minutes and the sweet vet tech came in and said the Dr. Would be in and got the info to "check us in.". A few minutes the vet tech came back in and said that the vet would come in after the test and she took my dog out to take the blood draw. A few minutes later she brought her back in and we waited for the vet. The vet tech came back in and said that she didn't see a pending order from Chewy for the insulin so we talked about that and she said the vet would be in. 5 minutes later. The poor vet tech came back in and said, "the vet said she doesn't need to see you unless you have questions. She will text you results.". I was literally stunned and that poor girl looked so embarrassed. Never have I gone to a required vet appointment to NOT be seen by a vet. I vowed that day to never step foot in to see Dr. Bremers again. Fast forward a few months to my old girl reaching the end of the road. I called Goodrich to say that she needed to come in because she was having back to back seizures. It was mid week in the middle of the day. I told her the situation and that I was probably going to need to make a decision and she told me I could call the emergency vet business because there were no vets in that day. I, in fact, called my youngest dog's vet, Ridgeview Animal Hospital and said she isn't a patient of yours but could you please help me. They immediately made an appointment for her in an hour and helped me through a very painful time. I received a card from them the next day signed with a note from everyone in the office that day. Today, on her birthday, I received a card from the Arbor Day Foundation that they received a donation in her name from a vet that wasn't even hers that a tree was planted in her name in Oregon. To this day, I have not so much as received a text from my dog's own vet after my call to them that day that I was turned away. Goodrich has gone from a business that I used to refer to all of my clients and had the most caring vets. Dr. Bremers has been completely unprofessional both times I was in that clinic and it's really sad because Goodrich really had built such a great reputation to be destroyed by someone who clearly doesn't care about clients. I will pass this story along to all of my clients so that they don't experience the same lack of empathy that I did when it's a time that they really need it.
