My husband and I are taking our dog on a flight for the first time and wanted to get his distemper Vaccine renewed. The front desk assistant was incredibly helpful and kind. She explained that even if they are unable to accommodate, that there are a few different places I can go to get this done before our flight. She then was able to get me in that Monday following. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed with the customer service while trying to get my dog, Lola, seen for an emergency. I called the clinic over 100 times, and every single time the voicemail stated that the clinic was closed for the evening, despite the website clearly saying they open at 8:00 AM. I also called the Millard West and Elkhorn locations hoping someone could help, but all I was told was that they were fully booked. No guidance, no compassion, and no attempt to help during an urgent situation. Extremely frustrating and upsetting experience when your pet needs medical attention.

They have been my vet for about 50 years. Dr. Wright's dad took care of my pets growing up and now the family legacy continues. They are always very attentive to my pet's needs and even tho I no longer live near Millard, I will still drive to one of their locations. They recently were able to get me in right away when I came home from vacation to a sick dog and I am grateful for that.

I’ve moved around a lot and used to have a very sick kitty, so I’ve seen many different veterinarians over the years. Dr. Maria is by far the best vet I’ve ever had. She is so understanding of my kitty’s needs, and even coached me through introducing him to a new home with a dog in it. She brings an emotional intelligence to her practice that I’ve rarely encountered, and is so good with Claude despite his behavioral issues. She always makes time to see him even when her schedule is tight. I am so grateful for the care Claude receives here. A sincere thank you to Dr. Maria and the wonderful staff here.

Dr Maria is the best vet in Omaha! I have tried so many and nobody has cared about my cats the way she does.

Dr. Wright was compassionate and very helpful as he helped us through our pet's final moments. We are grateful for his expertise and tact.

Our little Roo had a paw injury from getting run into by her big brother. We saw Dr. Maria Caggiano DVM and she was so caring and helpful. I judge people by how they treat dogs and Dr. Maria is just a saint. I was practically in tears and she was so calming and wonderful. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
