The staff here have always been kind, professional and very helpful. They've seen to the care of three of our cats, and yesterday for the second time in 14 years they were there to help me and my wife say goodbye. I cannot thank them enough for the help and understanding they showed us and our pets when we needed it most. They're also great at shots, nail trimmings and regular checkups.
These folks are life savers! They diagnosed our little Chihuahua's enlarged heart and his heart murmur one early morning back in June and the two meds they prescribed have literally saved his life! We've come back for a follow up visit too and every single person here, from the veterinarians and nurses to the techs and admin people are kind and respectful. Our dog is nervous about coming here but he's calm when he leaves! I've also called and had lengthy discussions with one of the veterinarians, Jennifer at no cost to us and she has given us very valuable advice! I recommend them without reservation for all your pets' medical needs! They go above and beyond for their patients!
I want to thank them so much for taking care of Poppa this morning. I was the first person to be taken care of. They were very compassionate. They offered me coffee and put my mind at ease.
Had to take our dog in for emergency when she collapsed at home. Never been here before. Staff rushed her back just like human ER and staff/doctors helped us through extremely difficult decisions. I can't possibly say enough good things about these folks. I'm so thankful for the compassion and follow-up.
As far as service, they were good, but extremely expensive. Some of the vets have better bedside manner than others, and one upset my wife greatly. They didn't candy coat the possible outcomes, but it made it sound like our pet was on its last legs.
My poor basset hound was very seriously injured from another dog. During all the commotion my wallet was either lost or stolen. This animal hospital had no desire to help us knowing I didn't have my wallet. Not even any advise or to bandage his wounds until I could get him to another hospital. I took my dog that had life threating injuries all the way to another hospital and they didn't bat an eye! They started immediate surgery without any questions. So this goes to show you their intentions aren't about our animals safety and well being. It's all about money!! If you love your animals as much as I do you then I wouldn't waste your time or money at Woodbridge Animal Hospital!!!
We have been visiting Woodbridge Animal Hospital ever since we moved to Virginia in 1995. They are very kind and attentive to our animals. We use them, still, even though we moved to Manassas in 2005. We feel that our animals are safe there. We trust everyone at Woodbridge Animal Hospital. Especially useful is the 24 hour service there. We have had to use that a time or two.
