MTAH has been my saving grace. I found them when I needed a vet ASAP when I had called over 10 other vets and no one would see my sick dog. My dog and I had already been to our original vet plus a ER vet but didn’t get answers. They got us in immediately and all of the staff was compassionate and caring from the front desk, vet techs and then Dr. Holland. Dr. Holland and all the staff supported me and my dog for three weeks with sometimes having visits every two days. They also were so caring and supportive to her last moments in life. I don’t know what I would have done without Dr. Holland and all the staff at MTAH. I will never go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend them enough. I just want to say Thank you so much for all they did for me and for my dog. There isn’t a way to express my gratitude for everyone that works there.
Mt Tabor has been wonderful to us and our little girl since we first walked through the door. The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. They have been very patient with us as we worked through diagnosing an uncommon condition that ultimately saved our dog’s life. Thanks to Mt Tabor, we get many more years together.
This is the best veterinary hospital my family has ever been to, and we have tried many. The doctors and their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Mason and Amy Lynn helped my kitty pass peacefully and showed me so much kindness. I am so thankful for the amazing work that they do. I would highly recommend to anyone.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this veterinary team and the whole practice. They are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and truly go above and beyond for their patients and their people. They’ve squeezed me in more times than I can count for unexpected injuries and illnesses (one of mine is a frequent flier with UTIs and acts like the world is ending every time). I’ve never questioned that the MTAH has my dog’s best interests in mind and they always give the absolute best care. They’re also wonderfully patient and understanding with my more sensitive, reactive dog. They never rush him and meet him where he is, handling with calmness compassion, and respect - it makes all the difference in the world for him. It’s rare to find a practice that combines this level of medical expertise with genuine kindness, and I’m incredibly grateful for them. I will never be able to thank the entire team enough for the outstanding care they’ve given my dogs, and how kindly they’ve handled them.
I would like to give a a sincere thank you to the staff at Mt. Tabor animal hospital, particularly Dr. Kristi Mason. This week my wife and I had to say goodbye to our beloved friend Professor. We knew it was coming, but did not anticipate we would have to say goodbye during that visit. In what was a devastating moment for my wife and I, Dr. Mason showed us nothing but compassion and patience as we made our difficult decision. We did not feel rushed during the process and were given time to say goodbye on our terms. The way Dr. Mason handled everything allowed Professor to remain calm and allowed my wife and I to spend our final moments with him in a loving and calm atmosphere. Thank you Dr. Mason for showing that even in a difficult moment, a positive interaction can be had that left a lasting positive impression for both my wife and I. Thank you again and thank you for everything over the years.
Our dogs have been patients there for many years and the care has been excellent. I recommend Dr. Bolden and Dr. Craig highly. Recently met Dr. Holland and she was so compassionate during a very difficult time. Thank you MTAH.
On Friday, October 24th, I called the office to schedule an emergency appointment for a rescued kitten who was very ill. I explained during the call that his sibling had passed away earlier that morning and that he needed to be seen as soon as possible. The receptionist said the doctor said they would not see him and scheduled an appointment for Monday, October 27th, at 12:00 p.m. Unfortunately, Onyx passed away early Monday morning around 3 a.m. I truly believe he may have had a better chance if the staff had taken our concerns seriously. Losing one kitten should have signaled the urgency of the situation. All signs pointed to an emergency. This entire experience has been heartbreaking and deeply disappointing. I will be finding a new veterinary provider for my pets, who have been receiving care here for the past five years.
