Banfield is amazing! They handled the death of my beloved Honey with such compassion and care and it really made the hard time better. They currently care for my other dog Coco and they are just great. I am an anxious pet owner and they always answer my questions with understanding and love.

I love Banfield. I have always had wonderful experiences bringing my cats here. I came in on Saturday because my cat Pierre was showing signs of what looked like a fever. I made the appointment Friday morning and they were able to see him the next day. I brought him in for a drop off appointment and they took excellent care of him. The staff was very transparent and they communicated with me the whole time he was in their care. Since coming home, Pierre has gotten progressively better and he's pretty much back to his normal self. Highly recommend their services.

They help and calmed me down when my baby wasn’t acting right and the way it was a tad long, but they had a lot of emergency animals that they need to take care of. They are open 24 hours which is awesome cause I went on a Sunday and the vet that is close to me. They weren’t open.

I really appreciate the treatment and care my fur baby received at this location. The vet saved his life, and I could not thank you all more. I have a Banfield plan so I brought him here in a panic after receiving very disappointing treatment at the local pet ER. Kudos to you and your staff 👏🏽

I moved to Winston-Salem about a year ago, and signed up for the Banfield plan for my two dogs almost immediately, because it was more cost effective to me in the long run. In the year I've taken my dogs to this office, I've gotten better treatment from its staff than any other vet office I've been to in their lifetimes (China is 12, August is 7). Dr. Katherine Burke and her team are just wonderful. They genuinely take the time to listen to me and all of my concerns, answer my questions in ways that I can understand, and help me come up with strategies to care for my two dogs, both of whom have very different needs and personalities. They also always remember me and my dogs, and can greet all of us by name, even though we only visit 3-4 times a year. They are always looking for ways to save money for me and always tell me about the cost of medicines and procedures before they do them, as well as offer cheaper alternatives if there are any. They just really go the extra mile to care for your pets here!

I will say. The care that Mista has received has been great and satisfying. I have referred a lot of dog lovers to Pet Smart.
