North Pines Animal Hospital

Almost 10years of supporting this small practice. They have no value of this support. Any questions raised about the cost or billing and the front desk lady gets up out of her seat, gets all flushed and gives an ultimatum about getting fired from the practice. We paid them $500 a week ago for an annual visit. I had to bring back my dog for a lump noted after he received the shot and was painful for a week. This practice charged $75 for an 8 minute visit just to be told by the vet the lump may develop into an abscess which was caused by the vet giving a shot. Of note no post vaccination instructions on care of the site or possible reactions were provided. In addition no one called to check on the dog 24 hrs after the vaccine. We were told the practice would call with the lab results 2-3 days after the visit and no one called. They gave a 50 percent discount on the office visit and charged for the pain medication.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone is absolutely awesome with my elderly cat Raven and miniature poodle Gizmo. I highly recommend them for any of your pets needs from check up to dental work. Thank you all for taking such great care of my fur babies ❤️🐱🐩❤️

If you own a pet that you love - then you will want to choose North Pines for their care. Dr Thompson and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and their bed side manner can’t be beat. They care about the animals they take care of and their owners. I highly recommend North Pines Animal Hospital! They have taken excellent care of our Sphynx cats Hariette and Cleo - peace of mind knowing they are in great hands

Dr. Thompson is kind, thorough, never makes you feel rushed. Answers all questions and truly is fantastic in every aspect. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience here for our first time and will definitely be coming back and bringing our other fur babies. The staff was very sweet and welcoming, they answered all of my questions and were very reassuring with my concerns. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Ive been a patient at North Pines for years. They have helped us welcome puppies into our home and cried with us when we said goodbye to our old dogs. Everyone there is loving and patient with my babies. Theyre prices are fair and they work with you as much as possible. I love that every visit feels more like a conversation about my pets care instead of directives from a rushed person.

My husband and I have recently moved to Willis from Houston. We found this vet's office through our neighborhood. The reviews were very good so we gave them a try and have been very satisfied with the care we've received. Highly recommend.
