Reagan was absolutely amazing at Spring Hill Animal Hospital! She was kind, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals and takes the time to make sure everything is handled with care and attention. The staff here is the absolute best that we have EVER worked with - they are so kind, responsive (you can text them and they respond very quickly) and caring. We have recently had an issue with our senior dog and they have stayed in constant contact with us - proactively texting to see how he’s doing. Dr K is an angel on earth - she has spent so much of her time researching treatments for our pup, texting us, spending time on the phone with us answering our many many questions. If you want excellent care for your furbabies, you need to go here.

So pleased with the service at Spring Hill. My 13 year old poodle mix was sick and throwing up and also having accidents. They diagnosed him and prescribed an antibiotic. My pet is do so much better and back to his old self. I’d highly recommend this veterinary clinic and hospital to anyone.

Dr. Kotinek is amazing and very thorough in her diagnoses. Staff is friendly and kind. If I hadn't moved, I would still be taking my dogs there. A true diamond of a vet practice.

Our regular veterinarian is closed on Mondays, so on a friend’s recommendation I called Spring Hill Animal Hospital after noticing an issue with my nursing dog. They were able to get us in quickly, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. Dr. Looper was compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to both address my concerns and explain clearly how to best help my dog. The staff was warm and attentive, and my dog was treated with genuine care. I left feeling reassured and confident in the treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Looper and Spring Hill Animal Hospital, and am even considering making the switch to their practice.
