Sweetbriar Veterinary Clinic

Wow just Wow. I don't think I have had a pet get more compassionate and sincere care by a veterinary clinic as I have with Sweetbriar. From my first phone call through the final pick up of a sick pet, everyone was professional, friendly, great communication and a real interest in getting my cat well. I could not ask for more. This will be my veterinary clinic going forward.

Dr Diebold is by far one of the best vets I have ever taken my pets too. Not only is she is wonderful at what she does she is also kind and so compassionate. She goes above and beyond. Her team is excellent as well. Thank you for caring for and saving my Pennies Lane 💜

The vet was very kind and informative. She communicated well before and after my cat's procedure. We were initially told the office was open until 530, so if we worked it wouldn't be an issue to pick kitty up by 5:30. At 5:05 we got a call asking when we were going to pick her up. I stated we would pick her up by 5:30. I was then told that we could board Kitty overnight if we needed to. I was confused and worried. We rushed to pick her up. I will admit to being a little escalated when we picked her up due to being confused and worried. She is our fur baby and didn't want her staying anywhere overnight after surgery except with us. I would have understood better if they had called at 5:25 and made sure we were on the way. Or please tell customers to be there by 515 if 530 isn't okay. Recommend the vet but overall communication could be better.

I love this Veterinary clinic and all the people who work there so very much. I take my dogs in and I always know they are being treated with such care. Today I took a neighborhood straight in and everyone came out to pet him and to help me make sure we got him back to his owners. They’re a wonderful asset to our neighborhood And to our pets.

My 17+ year old dog was declining rapidly, and I could no longer see him suffer. I had to make one of the hardest decisions ever in my life. Sweetbriar got me in the same day I called. The receptionists were nice, caring, and the vet was professional. They gave me many options. Thank you for making a difficult day easier. I will use them again.

The receptionist was very nice and was able to get me in as soon as possible for my cat. On day of appointment, I got right in. The assistant listened to my worries and gave me several choices to help my cat. I know that treated her with care (and she is not an easy cat to handle). The vet gave us the treatment for my cat and also gave me treatment for our other cat at home. A visit I thought was going to be stressful, was not stressful for either me or my cat. Thank you.

I just moved here from Denver and chose Sweetbriar because the offer all the services my aging dogs need including chiropractic. I made a chiropractic appointment for my Emma and asked that they port over both dogs records from my previous vet. We've been twice and last week I brought my other dog Ruby due to suspected allergies. Everyone was kind and the dogs treated with care. Emma is doing so much better with her treatment and Ruby is being treated with OTC allergy meds. Vet prices have soared since pandemic but I found Sweetbriar to be very reasonable. There was no hard sell or unnecessary meds prescribed. I would recommend them highly.
