The staff are just wonderful loving and caring, doctor is awesome, they go to different cities so you don't have to travel as far. Their prices are very reasonable. They understand what you can and can't afford and work with you to do what you can. They don't judge you. Their prices are the best around. You really can't beat them.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tina at Legacy Pet Care! It is incredibly rare to find a vet who can seamlessly balance different pet personalities and complex medical needs, but she does it effortlessly. She has been an absolute blessing for my hyperthyroid cat, offering highly compatent, compassionate, and affordable management for their condition. Just as impressively, she is incredibly patient and gentle with my dog who is normally terrified of strangers. Dr. Tina knows exactly how to read animal body language to make them feel safe. She truly prioritizes the animals over profit and gives top tier care. If you want a vet in Westland who genuinely loves your fur family, go see Doc Tina!

She explains things clearly, answers every question, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. Dr. Tina and the team are the sweetest! Dr. Tina has been with my pup since day one, including seeing him when his surgery had complications ( not done by this office) she was able to help heal him completely and monitored him for weeks. I cannot say enough good things!! yes the clinic is busy but they never rush during your visit! They care about your needs! Thanks again🙂

Was Alfred one price online came in to pick up the Cordelia cat flea and tick pill and right there on seen Dr Tina updated her system and now my price was $5 more a pill. In which I wouldn't have drove an hour and 20 minutes to get them. And the girl left me in the middle of checkout for 25 minutes. .. I had to ask somebody else to help me. It took me asking five girls and Dr Tina to check me out. And that was an hour of my time. Will never ever ever ever ever go there again. And you walk in and it smells so bad on top of it. They should pass out masks at the door. They're going to have a lawsuit on their hands.

I brought my kitty in to get an exam. And they were so gentle and sweet with her. And very polite and sweet with me as well. Doctor and staff A+++

Her prices are good but there are never chairs for people that can't stand for an hour or more waiting to be seen at the mobile locations. I saw a very disturbing situation at one where employees were about to get in a physical fight. Yelling and swearing. I am glad no kids were there. It's quite unprofessional and looks bad. Not sure if I will go back.
