I don't recommend! If you have to use them don't bother making an appointment, walk ins get preference. This used to be such a great place. They used to take good care of our babies but we will never go back. We had an appointment for 11. Stopped them off, returned around 330 because it normally only takes 3 hours and that's what they said when we stopped them off. We tried calling but nobody would answer the phone. When I got there the girl said they had too many walk ins so they hadn't started either of our dogs yet. She assured me they would be no more than another hour and a half. I picked them up at 430 and neither one has been touched yet. So 5 and a half hours, no food, no water, no potty breaks, and then she tells me the AC has been out all day. My poor babies. Please don't use this place until they change their policies and hire better help.

I couldn’t say more great things about this veteran clinic and their team. I recently had to make the hardest decision of letting my cat Oreo go. The level of compassion the staff showed was beyond any I have had before. Today when I got a sympathy card in the mail my heart was overwhelmed. I want to thank you all for helping me through that hard time. You have earned my respect and trust with all my future needs with my animals. Thank you so very much.

Dr. Darby is the best around. Trust her implicitly and as long as she’s in Northern Utah she’ll be my pet’s vet. Empathetic, smart, genuinely interested in my pet’s health and quality of life; other vet’s may be good too, but finding her was one of the best things I’ve ever done for my pet. Everyone at the front desk and all the people in back have always been fantastic. Would highly recommend Animal Care West to anyone with a pet.

Dr. Katheryn Darby is the best. My wife and I adore her. She is the most caring Veterinarian. She is a professional in her field and she treats our little Kyla as if she were her own. We can depend on Dr. Darby at anytime. She always accommodates us when we have any health issues with our small Shitzu.

I use their grooming facility! I trust them completely with my fur babies. They are only 6mths old and this is where they started. They are kind and careful!!

They have an extremely nice staff and will explain everything that is going on with your furry friends. They will make it easy and put your mind at peace when that time comes to say goodbye. They helped me and my wife ease our minds when our best friend went over the rainbow and gave us the peace of mind we needed that would comfort us and let us remember her forever.

Dr. Talbot made this experience so easy and refreshing. Our roots are from Arizona, but we moved from Chicago, and had many experiences with veterinary clinics, but this one was by far the absolute best. We had been in a conversation with Dr. Talbot, enjoying the information he had to offer, and didn’t even realize he had finished giving our dog all his shots so quickly. That’s how amazing he is and the staff there are very friendly and had amazing customer service! I do advise you to come to this clinic!
