Laurelton Bayside Animal Hospital

This was Garys for veterinarian examination.We were originally going to go to the webster.Veterinarian clinic, but they were unable to get us in for 5 months and that was just the waiting list. After an extensive google search, I landed on laurelton. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They treated gary, whereas the utmost respect and love. I would say his favorite part of the examination was the door cheese. Gary has very bad anxiety.But we're so calm with the doctor and the assistant. Thank you again for everything you do.

Thank you so much for taking care of lexi with us these past few days. I have never had a vet truly care to take the time to hear my concerns so close to closing time and on a weekend. Thank you for helping my baby girl not suffer longer than she should of. We are forever grateful.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the incredibly positive experience I had at Laurelton Bayside animal hospital today, I feel like I need to. I’m not a usual client at this veterinary practice (I will be from now on though), but I needed to schedule a same day appointment and they happened to have an appointment available. Dr. Chouster was so supportive, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my cat. With most vets I’ve been to, it almost feels like they are in a rush to leave the room and move on to the next client. There was no rushed feeling with Dr. Chouster. He took his time to thoroughly explain ALL of my options, answer all of my questions, and hear my concerns. I didn’t feel like he was pushing me in one direction or another; he provided support and information and let me decide what was best for my cat. I had to make an extremely difficult decision today, but I was so grateful for the support I received at this vet hospital. Literally the best vet team I’ve ever worked with.

Very efficient and kind staff who treat you and your pets very well. The best thing about the practice is Dr. Chouster. After not seeing my cat Birdie for at least 1 1/2 years he remembered a little bump on her side and he checked it. I was impressed that he remembered and it wasn't necessarily something in the notes. He's just a great observer and he knows his patients and their parents.

This vet has been sacred to me over several years. Last week they got my senior PomChi in within 48 hours. The front staff is always warm, caring & friendly as was the vet tech Fiona & Dr. Smith. Thank you for your awesome care & expertise with my furbaby!

I will rate 5 stars because I think Laurelton deserves 5 stars overall. However, the last two times I was there (annual for cats and pedicure for dogs) my wait time was over 25 minutes to be seen and an additional 25 minutes to check out. On one of the visits I waited 45 minutes to check out because they forgot about me. Compared to my previous vet, this wait time is phenomenal! But at Laurelton I used to be able to get in within 10 minutes of my appointment and check out within a reasonable amount of time as well. I still highly recommend Laurelton. Wonderful staff, doctors, and techs. Just surprised by the increased wait time.

Dr. Chouster and the team take fantastic care of my dachshunds. Everyone is always so kind and he makes sure you understand options. The facility is very clean. They are affordable as well. We have been going there for over six years and they have helped in emergency situations.
