Waukesha Veterinary Service

Waukesha Veterinary service just opened near my home. I have a 16 week old kitten who had a leg injury over the weekend. Originally, I was going to wait until a weekday to take her in to our regular vet, but her symptoms escalated so I ended up taking her to a clinic. I am so thankful I ended up at Waukesha veterinary service. I called before I went and I got a clear idea of what the costs would be upfront, which I was extremely thankful for. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was extremely friendly, the techs inside the exam room were very thoughtful and polite, and the doctor was amazing and thorough. My experience before I even walked in the door until the time I left was superb. I highly, highly recommend them if you’re in a pinch or have an emergency. They took amazing care of my kitten, and honestly amazing care of me.

I've now had a kitten neutered, and 2 other cats checked out here and I'd highly suggest. I have a small feral kitten that I adopted and two bengals. The feral guy needed to be neutered, which was done quickly and well. Very happy with the results. I also have two bengals that were both having issues. One turned out that he was okay but had some lab work done to be sure everything was good with him. The other wasn't eating. Found out that he had an infected K9 tooth. They did some labs, and also gave him a shot which fixed the infection in about 24 hours. The entire staff was amazing. Dr. Meghan, and all the techs were just great. Took care of my cats so well. I will be back to have the tooth checked out again to see if ultimately needs to be pulled. For a vet clinic/hospital I was impressed with the facility. I told my kids it smelled more like a doctor office than a vet clinic. Very clean, bright, and friendly staff to go round! I'll be back for sure!

I do not think I can put it into words the level of appreciation I have for the women that helped my dog Phoenix and I today. Everything from my initial phone call, to my arrival, to the loving treatment of my baby, the reassurance and attention spent with me in a room without my baby. Every single staff member that was present in the care of my baby was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was caring, compassionate, professional yet very personable, and made us feel like we were safe and welcomed. We weren't pushed into treatment or diagnostics, rather educated on them and allowed to make an educated sound decision for my baby, all with reassurance that there was no right or wrong answer in our case. To add icing on the cake, I arrived at 415pm on a Saturday and was IMMEDIATELY approached at my truck inquiring if I needed a gurney, which we did. The woman assisted getting Phoenix settled on the gurney and she held my big guy so snug that I knew immediately he was in good hands. We did not leave until nearly 530pm when the clinic closed at 5pm, NEVER felt rushed! They even went the extra mile to load my baby back up into my truck safely. My big baby has vertigo and can't stand alone without falling. Thank you to everyone that had a part in Phoenix's treatment, you are all very special and amazing. Thank you.

I brought my dog in on a Saturday afternoon who was developing an ear infection. They got me in right away. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I found them to be quite reasonable as well. I am so happy that we have a urgent care facility in this vicinity.

We had a wonderful experience at Waukesha Veterinary Service. The staff was incredibly helpful, prompt and knowledgeable throughout our visit. We arrived close to closing time, but at no point did we feel rushed. Everyone treated myself and our dog with genuine kindness, compassion and care. We are very grateful for their excellent service in our time of urgent need.

Dear Veterinary Team, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the care and compassion you showed my family last night. We came in under very stressful circumstances with our dog after he was hit by a car, along with my three young daughters. It was an emotional and overwhelming situation for all of us, but your team handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and calm reassurance. I would especially like to recognize the veterinarian who treated our dog. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was absolutely incredible. Not only was she skilled and attentive in caring for our dog, but she also showed genuine compassion toward my daughters. The way she spoke to them, comforted them, and helped ease their fears meant more than I can properly express. In a traumatic moment she brought a sense of calm and care that my girls will remember, and so will I.
