Everyone was very nice and professional. I had been to this clinic many years ago and when I got my new kitten, I knew this was where I wanted to take him. Just like all those years ago, the Doctor took her time with my boy and genuinely cared about his well being. That's what we all want, right? Thank you Dr. McDonald!

The team at Cream City Kitty is amazing. I was able to make an appointment for a very sick feral cat and I felt like they took great care of her and me during our visit. I've never taken a feral to a vet before and first the person I talked to on the phone and then everyone I dealt with in person were so helpful in answering all my questions and making the whole thing go as smoothly as possible. Not everyone understands why someone would invest time and resources caring for a feral and I really felt like they didn't think I was weird or silly for what I was doing. They treated her as if she were any other beloved owned cat and that meant the world to me. My poor kitty turned out to be sicker than I realized and her heart gave out during sedation, and I felt they handled a very delicate situation with great care and dignity. I can't thank them enough for the overall experience and I would give them ten stars if I could. I also just want to say, as a cat owner, the difference between a clinic that specializes in cats and all-animal clinics is night and day. I am so grateful there are still cats-only clinics in the area; the care you will receive for your cat is unmatched and the environment is so much more peaceful for them. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart and I will be recommending Cream City Kitty Clinic to anyone in the area.

They really spent some time with me and my cat; they didn't just rush me in and out. They looked at the past history that I brought in ad well. They have lots of nice cats hanging out in the lobby to greet you. Very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. It was a great experience and I will be taking my cats there from now in. 1 yr Distemper, 3 yr rabies and exam was $113

Called to make an appointment for my cats and the receptionist answered with a negative attitude and was "troubled" to answer a couple questions before I made the appointment. Ruined what appreciation I had for this vet as they’re amazing vets!

Dr. McDonald and the team at Cream City Kitty Clinic are truly exceptional. Scout, a stray kitten, showed up on our doorstep in Chicago severely injured, and we quickly discovered she had multiple pelvic fractures and a broken hind leg. We found a vet surgeon in Chicago to perform the surgery but needed to get Scout established with a vet for primary care. None of the vets we saw in Chicago could match the expertise and care she received from Dr. McDonald. Although the clinic is in Waukesha, WI, we gladly make the 1.5 hour drive from Chicago because Dr. McDonald is simply the best. Her depth of experience as a feline-only vet is unparalleled. Dr. McDonald has taken care of several generations of cats in our family, including those of my mother and late sister. She is the only vet we trust, and her dedication to their well-being gives us immense peace of mind. If you’re looking for a vet who truly understands and cares for cats, I can’t recommend Dr. McDonald and Cream City Kitty Clinic enough. My cats and I LOVE Dr. McDonald!!! She is our absolute favorite! She talks to your cat like it’s her own and makes your pet feel comfortable while also getting the job done. My cats can be very anxious when it comes to the vet but they actually come out of the carrier on their own when she walks in the room. Love cream city kitty!!!

The vets here are knowledgeable. I gave 5 stars since they are experienced and know what they are doing. I would not describe them as compassionate. One thing to remember, I know you see a lot of cats in a given week and it seems to be the same thing daily to you. However, to a pet owner this is likely the first time experiencing this when this could be your 100th...please always remember this ❤️. There is also one particular lady who works at the desk who is not very nice. I am not sure if it's in malice but go where you don't have to work with people....seriously. The rest of the ladies are wonderful.
